Go to google and type Ecas canada..... Click on the first link ...... you will be looking ECAS page.... click twice on continue then a page will ask you for your details
Fill them and you will be in your account..... you can check your status

I received the application number from the reply i got from CIC for the inquiry I sent to them
20-08-2014 , DD applicant
not able to log into ECAS
once I enter the details it is going to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/dataaccessexception.do?app=ecas

any suggestions?

You won't be able to access ECAS UNTIL data entry which takes place AFTER the cost recovery.

there is a spreadsheet.....type 'global spreadsheet fsw 2014' in google... you will find it...
Second and most important... try to send your application as soon as possible because CIC will entertain the applications under current guidelines only till Dec 31..... Since they have christmas holiday from Dec 20 to Jan 1, better file your application not late than Dec 12

Already tried. They said they cant stop it!

Alternatively change the delivery address to one of your friend or family in CANADA
send the new letter to CANADA and request the person to open your package, change the letter in question and post it to CIC !

I was issued a Visitor visa in 2012 by the Abu Dhabi VO. My question is will my UCI number (8 digit number) mentioned on this visa be the same for my application received on 28 Aug?
