Aameen... before 20000 is 11000 also.. so lets hope we all reach as soon as possible.. but lets decide to create a separate page and we all can be in touch after reaching there.. not like kpatel or vanshi..our path may cross near niagra or the tower ... and even we may work in same or neighbour companies.. we all may have a community there but we all are in touch since last 5-6 months as a forum community with some virtual names such as oscar, migratecanada, dreamcanada india2canada etc.. we can have a get together in summer 2015 near niagra...

Lets do it once we all get our Visas stamped. ;D

Seniors

I was wondering that after providing MR and RPRF request do NDVO continue doing background check or dey provide one with the MR and RPRF request after dey have finished up with background check?
One thing more do MR and RPRF provided together or separately ??

NO...BACKGROUND CHECK IS ONLY BEFORE MR. RPRF IS SUBSEQUENT. ALSO YOU HAVE TO LAND WITHIN ONE YEAR OF MR. THEREFORE, NO DELAYING AFTER MR.

hi guys.. a query for seniors pls..

i have been able to manage pcc (from respective ssp offices stating our respective addresses) for self and spouse for respective addresses as mentioned on passport, however, our addresses dont match with each other as the passport was made before wedding.. In short, my wife's PCC doesnt show my address, rather her parental address. is that a concern??

besides our names are also not endorsed in each other's passport..

Further, i had stayed in a different state in India for almost 2 years for my MBA, so does that mean i would need a PCC from there also??

can these be a matters of concern?

Hello
I have a question about RPRF Receipt.
as I don't have Visa or Master Card, my friend did the online payment of RPRF for me, and CIC email me the receipt. there is a table in the receipt which shows my friend name as payer, and there is some blank area for address, postal code, date of birth and... . now I wonder if I should fill this blank areas with my friend's address and other information? is it compulsory?
Pleaaaaaaase answer me , I don't have much time. :(

Dear Forum Friends,

I have completed my Medicals from Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on 24 November 2014.
Hospital staff told me that they have uploaded the medicals online and gave me a system generated invoice.

Yesterday i.e on Nov 29-2014 I have sent all the documents to CHC -NDVO with the PCC(of 4 countries), medical invoice , First and last pages of passport ,Bank Demand draft favoring Canadian High Commission payable at NEw Delhi to NDVO...

By when can i expect the PPR request and 3 rd line update.......How much times does it take?

Thanks a lot to all forum friends for all the help during each and every phase of my application......

This forum is fantastic......and awesome.... Smiley Smiley Smiley

Take care

Hi,

Could you pls tell me when CIC asks for your PCCs, did they mention in their mail the specific countries you need to provide with PCC, or they just ask you to provide PCCs from countries where you have resided more than 6 months since 18 yrs old? Pls share.

CC charged 28 Nov
NOC 2241
15 Sept appln

Main application has Sec.Certi as DOB proof, and plain paper signed declaration requesting to use Sec Certi in lieu of BC.

Send additional documents i.e, Notarized affidavit for BC missing. from me and father, mother.
Additional Docs reached CIC on 28 Nov only.

Now should i write email to CIC, about additional documents or leave it on on its own.

As CC has been charged , should I consider that my application has sailed through the BC absence issue.

Absolutely not. Marriage certificate is pretty enough, no need to seek extra evidence unless it is requested by CIC. I do not see what country you come from but if it is India then it doesn't matter in which state you stayed. Only one police certificate per each country where you stayed longer than 6 months from the age of 18. Domestic relocation is not taken into account.

Dear Friends,

I Received PER on 16th October. How much time it will take for my MR request from NDVO?

It is around the corner .......just hang in there...... pray hard

Good Luck

Your surname is your family name. It is sometimes called your “last name.” If your name is spelled differently on your official documents, please write your name as shown in your passport. When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document or any letters you got from the visa office or case processing centre where you sent your application (even if the name is misspelled). Do not use initials.

If you do not have a surname on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field, write “not applicable” or “N/A” in the given name field.

My passport does not have any surname. According to above statements I think I need to fill my full name in place of 'FAMILY NAME' And 'N/A in place of GIVEN NAME??? Please clarify?
