I thought Najeh85 was applying for PR because Imad007 certainly is (Imad is in the FSW2014 SS BTW)
Both have no MR/PCC, only RPRF(!!) but the mail seems genuine.
I also did not know VO sends mail in local language. Maybe because it is French??

They will send communication in French which is an official language of Canada if the applicants selects it as means of communication in generic application form.

Also, if these applicants completed eMedical for a TRV, WP, SP application within 12 months, they will have a waiver.

Well the RPRR was sent to me in french as per my choice on application file.
I sent fresh PCC along with initial application, so it wasn't requested from me this time.
regarding my country, I am from Algeria which is certainly not exempt from medical test procedures.

I feel your attitude of being skeptical is VERY necessary, this is the only way of protecting yourself and friends from being hurt.
one can never be too careful when it comes money transaction. so why not make a CSE, it doesn't harm their applications for sure.
and the response from local VO regarding CSE can be much faster than CIO, because they are dealing with much less cases.(based on the experience of my enquiry to my Local Visa Office) and in the meantime, prepare for what is asked. once you are sure it's a genuine request from Paris VO, just go ahead with the transaction.

GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hope this helps..

I know it is a standard reply. But, I have never sent any email to the above address and it is the first time I am seeing this. Why did I get this email? determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified
in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published
in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a
