My CC just got charged a few minutes ago. Im a september 8 applicant NOC 3215. Praise be to God!! When can i expect PER?

I am pretty sure that the passport issue date is not more than one year old that is why he got PCC same day.
This is the only one condition to get PCC same day, if passport is new(not more than 1 year old) cause it shows verification done in their system. In this case does not matter your present address is same or diffrent

To keep informed with this, my passport is really old and about to expire next year. I have different city address where I am now currently living.
I was as well wondered when they issues me PCC and told the issuing authority that my address is different and dont you need to make police verification. Authority said, its all i system and your are clear.

I am curious if my certificate is real valid now, my certificate says Police Clearance Certificate, it sates my name and my fathers name with passport number and specifically states that, I do not have any criminal records. Also, it says, this person holds no criminal record hence he is good to receive facility for visa even for Canada. Signed and sealed my PSK authority.

No current address in my PCC, even I asked this, that this certificate do not have current address, they said, the provided one is valid and more than enough.
Please let me know if this PCC sounds good?

If the address on the passport is in the same jurisdiction where you are applying for PCC, then PCC is issued same day !!

No not true. I guess different PSk has different rules.
My passport issue date is 2007, and address on it is same city, same area only the house and sector is changed from my present address.
And it took one month when I applied last year in 2013. They did police verification again.

thanks vind....yes you are right coz in the covering letter its only mentioned to send medical forms and rprf...sorry does not know how to share pics here

They have changed the process from 1st Jan 2014. This is mentioned on their website. Maybe something to do with this.

Hello Kris
When you get PCC from PSK, they will write ARN number on passport page and put stamp and signature even they will write the issue date.
Without this page at delhi airport , Immigration officer will not allow you to depart . So please do not forget to have it on your passport when you go to take your PCC at PSK.

We were not discussing about the validity of PCC.

Well Rohit's PCC has completed 6 months, but he has not been asked to submit fresh PCC

Most of the cases CIC consider Indian PCC valid for 1 year unless validity is specifically mentioned on PCC.

Rohit said that he submitted PCC and he is confused about why CIC is asking again for PCC ... which they actually are not because that letter is a standard template.

so i am sharing general information that PCC validity is this much if he thinks his PCC has been expired .. he can apply for new ... rather than be sorry later on.

I am about to submit my case specific enquiry at NDVO through online link provided by CIC website.

I am going to cancel my consultant from my case but as i was about to send query the paragraph above starting point of this detail entry boxes mentions some of the services which can be availed by this option like addition of child, divorce, emloyment change and some others. But it is not written that " to cancel or add representative:. So should i not send my query with this? Everybody on this forum suggested this service before sending hard copy of Use of reprsentative form IMM5476. bUT i AM NOW STUCK UP TOTALLY...

hAS ANYBODY DONE THIS BEFORE ? ANY RESPONSE GOT FROM ndvo after doing it such a way.?

Total time taken for PER 115 days from file filing.
