My cc was charged on 10th November, no idea when PER is gonna come.

NOC: 2171

I see people with later cc charged dates been receiving the PER. Confused.

I doubt the claim made here. What about those who got their PCC from Commissioner's office and not from PSK. There is not any stamping in passport if one takes PCC from Commissioner's office

Yeah PCC is a certificate issued as requested for the other country that we are traveling to...no impact on India departures.... why would the Delhi immigration officer hav a issue with ur leaving without PCC...

I got my PCC in ahbad PSK and the passport was sealed, ARN mentioned there

Congrats! This is surprising, you got your PCC even though you had a different address on your passport. I spoke to the APO at the PSK and requested him to issue 2 original certificates, but he refused.
This makes it more difficult to understand what criteria they use to issue PCC on the same day. And yes, there is an exception to the one year criteria also..the guy who was in the queue just ahead of me who also got his PCC stamped the same day had his passport date of issue as May 2013, so even that criteria is not true.

PCC validity is 3 months and for some countries 6 months ... not more than that.

For most countries it is 1 year in fact !!

I also do not know this is true or not but last year when I took PCC , the signing authority at PSK told me this that If I will not have it on passport. immigration officer may stop me at airport.

I do not know PCC issued directly from Commissioner office. But if you get PCC issued from PSK ghaziabad, they will put stamp on your passport and pcc issue date with ARN

your application will be rejected due to old form, so immediately send the updated form to CIC at the same address. Mention all your details so that CIC people can match your previous application with your new form.

also send an email to CIC updating them that you have sent the new form and they should align that form with your old application.

one of my friend did the same thing and CIC replied to him confirming that his new docs are being matches to his application.

None of the apps have been rejected this year for old outdated forms, inspite of the fact that many applicants have admitted using them.

I am pretty sure that the passport issue date is not more than one year old that is why he got PCC same day.
This is the only one condition to get PCC same day, if passport is new(not more than 1 year old) cause it shows verification done in their system. In this case does not matter your present address is same or diffrent

You are right, it is certificate issued as requested for the other country we are travelling to . SO you should think why it is requested just because criminal should not leave country and that is why the stamp on passport proves that you did not get that PCC by any other mean or PCC is not fake.
