Hello Friends!!!

I will be applying for FSW 2014. I am citizen of India but currently working in Japan. I will be applying from Japan for FSW.
I have some trouble regarding filling of Travel form (IMM5562E).
What all trips I need to mention in the form? I am staying in Japan since January 2013.
I have been to India 3 times for home leave within this period for around 3 weeks each time.
What all travel information will I provide in the form? Will I need to mention the trips considering India as base or Japan as base.
What would be my purpose of travel from Japan to India?
Please clarify regarding this doubt. I need the information urgently as I have to file the application soon.
Quick reply is appreciated.

Regards,
Anirudh Mathur

Hi all,
My name on spreadsheet is Navneet Singh.I got my per on 30th Sept.
Got a MR,PCC request on 21 November from NDVO.

Need some advice from the forum members.
My daughter turned 18 years old while studying engineering in Canada. She just visited India once for 4months only.
But I ve been asked by NDVO to provide pcc for the entire family. I ve arranged for my n my spouses pcc .Does my daughter also need any pcc from Canada or India..as far as I ve read the guide we do not need a pcc from Canada.I have mailed high commission Delhi regarding this..pls correct me whether my understanding regarding this is correct..
Thank you

Hello everyone,

I went to local CIC panel doctor, during the check-up, he asked me whether I take any medicine at the moment, I told him I take SSRI as I was a bit depressed lately due losing 2 family members. Now he has referred me to my psychologist. Does temporary depression make medical inadmissible? Sad Once again being honest went against me.

Dear it is quite simple

your visa office is ndvo at delhi and not at toronto
your dd can be in can $ or in INR but it should be payable at delhi only

please tell your bank that change to payable at delhi or prepare new dd in INR which will not cost your 100 rs extra and cancel this dd now

do not believe consultant always use your common sense , you are in last stage and do not make any blunder now to regret ahead

I already send this DD, pcc and medical conducted report to NDVO last week itself... Now how can i change it..? ???

Are you sure DD with CAD 980 for " Receiver General of Canada" is wrong or cant be processed for RPRF.?

I dont think so, Since its usually stay somewhere for 6 or more months. There is no harm getting a PCC done from Canada. It is quick and you can get it within 3-4 weeks in courier through BLS Services

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app

Thanks to a couple of people who answered this , now someone suggested runnning for 30 min daily , does that help really cause if it does i am doing that certainly.

i have quit smoking after X ray ,no ghee , oily food, nothing sour like curd and all ....... any other advice would be welcome people.

Hey Robbssiee,
Don't panic Bronchitis and cough are common for all the smokers, but first don't start running as this will hurt your lungs. Bronchitis has already made them a bit weaker. Try to rest as much as possible even after you recover and gradually reduce smoking. Wake up early and go for a walk and not running. Don't put preassure on your lungs and offcourse the best in YOGASAN & Fruit Juices plenty of them. Do it......
This will be helpfull.....

Best of Luck

If they haven't specified whose PCC they want, then just get it for everybody to be on the safe side. Usually, the VO will specify the person's name that they want PCC for but yours says "for the entire family." Also, get PCC only for India, no need for a canadian one.

No need to worry. You were referred to a psychologist only because the panel physician in not qualified to make assessment on your situation.
