OMG....I appreciate the love u showed for us.....let me say something, I m not sure about the two gentlemen here Canol and Grace 1978........but I m sure we all are really not here for any sort of fan following or any other greedy evil things.

I myself got so much help from this forum and from all the nice people here (yes all people here are nice, even though some don't act like one), I got love, I got support, I got almost everything (I m being hated also cos I m receiving -1s as well, but to stay positive I count it as love of people in wrong dimension! )

because sometime ago many good people here replied my silly queries, answered my stupid questions, supported me and encouraged me without knowing me, kept my spirits high and going, they never made me feel how foolish my questions and requests were, they simply did their job..............these are the reasons I m here on this forum.....want to return all that I got from here.......now I don't know you all or may be anyone of u.....but I want to help, support, encourage, keep hopes alive.........once I was so sad and depressed (while waiting so long for my PER), I wrote my feelings here and some humble words of encouragement from many of you made my day......kept me afloat and above..

so thank you all.....I cant give u all +1......but I deeply thank u all and playing my part for other new comers.

hi freinds applied in july for noc 1123 application got rejected ang got back to me 5 days back rejection letter mentioned 12 a and 12 b noc dosent match as by mistake i wrote 1123 in 12 a and in 12 b i wrote 2311 then i changed made new form with uci number and sent it back application just reached today what will be my chance of getting it thrugh when can i expect cc charge .........

Hi Manish, I made RPRF DD of CAD 980 to Receiver General for Canada ,payable at Toronto. Is it ok..?

Dear it is quite simple

your visa office is ndvo at delhi and not at toronto
your dd can be in can $ or in INR but it should be payable at delhi only

please tell your bank that change to payable at delhi or prepare new dd in INR which will not cost your 100 rs extra and cancel this dd now

do not believe consultant always use your common sense , you are in last stage and do not make any blunder now to regret ahead

I can see lot of complaining, lot of worries about delay in processing, delay in Charging, Delay in PER and so on, Lot of friends on the forum are worried about the timeline and number of other things.
I would just like to share my personal story
I applied under Federal Investor category on 30th Dec 2009 but my application was returned back stating that the fee enclosed was wrong (in fact it was correct).
I sent my application again and it was recd by Delhi office on 18th January 2010, I recd letter of confirmation on 27th Jan 2010 saying that I need to wait for 12 Months. I did not listen a thing from them till 2014 jan that is 36 months, I raised number of queries, I even tried to know the details through MP of Surrey , who was kind enough to represent my case. Meanwhile my ECAS was updated with second line and I could see it till Apr 2014 ( 52 months since application was sent)
Then suddenly the ECAS went blank “ We are not able to locate you “, You can very well understand the mental agony through which I went, I was frantic, I called delhi, I called CIC but no help not a clue, Finally on on 12th August 2014 I recd mail from CIC stating that “ They have terminated the IIP and EP pursuant to economic action plan 2014 Act, No-1”.
I was fortunate enough that I could apply for FSW on 22nd July 2014, Otherwise god knows what could have been my state of mind Huh
I just want to tell/ convey that please do not worry/ do not raise your anxiety levels/ Just gear up/ Pick yourself up and pursue your dreams.

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

u r among very few people I came across who have stronger determination than iron and higher commitment than Everest......just respect for you and +1 after I m released of karma. people would have given up in these conditions.....but u showed real courage. best of luck and I wish u all the success.

You have to understand
Cad DD will goto canada for clearance and your wont be able to tell when they encash it

INR will be payable in Delhi and your can confirm payment on top of it it will be done on the same day

You shouldn't be worried as now the flow of applications is very slow (1123 has 341 as per CIC data and we can expect it to be not more than 700) so according to my calculations will will surely be in CAP. You should expect your charging Feb mid.
So, don't worry and best of luck.

Currently it is 10 Sep for CC applications so you should be getting your DD encashed by Dec. third week.

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app

Thanks to a couple of people who answered this , now someone suggested runnning for 30 min daily , does that help really cause if it does i am doing that certainly.

i have quit smoking after X ray ,no ghee , oily food, nothing sour like curd and all ....... any other advice would be welcome people.

u have quit smoking after xrays...........how about quitting it forever for good? smoking does cause TB....I m sure u don't want that in ur body.
