One of my friend had applied on 25th July with DD mode he is not in this forum in NOC 1113.

He has not recieved any communication from CIC neither his DD is encashed.......

2.

What is the confirm deadline for FSW2014 is it Dec 2014 or March 2015.....

Are there any Ministerial Guidelines Issued for the same or not????

Suggestions are appreciated thanks........

My wife applied for NOC 4011 and DD got en cashed on November 21, 2014. She applied from bangladesh and visa office is Singapore.

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app

Thanks to a couple of people who answered this , now someone suggested runnning for 30 min daily , does that help really cause if it does i am doing that certainly.

i have quit smoking after X ray ,no ghee , oily food, nothing sour like curd and all ....... any other advice would be welcome people.

With due respect I would like to inform you that I have sent my FSWP application 1114-other financial officers to Nova Scotia which was received on 09 June,2014 at 12.52 but still i am not notified.
I made a query to cic.....but it gave me some link which asks some tracking number.
My application is not returned to my address nor the payment is charged?
what can i do?

Again, I have now another problem. I have given my sister's credit card number(commonwealth bank, sydney). But some fraud advertisement company is taking money from it as she has given the card number and cve to the company. So she wants to change the card. But my payment to cic suppose to be done by that card. How can I change the payment system to cic now?

Again, if i am not eligible how and when will I be informed?

same story with me. cant check ECAS.

Format of the date is problem, i changed the format and it worked, use the format in the field not the one written on top

Make it in the name of CIC, NS (Canada Immigration & Citizenship, Nova Scotia, Canada).

However the person at the bank is just being a nuisance; thousands of people get 'To Whomsoever It Concerns' bank certificates for multiple purposes (I know it for a fact; my Aunt works at a bank). If it is a government bank; get your work done which ever way is easy and on the other hand if it is a private bank; raise hell and make that stupid (*^*)** regret.

You mean to say that , I shall ask them to write "CIC, NS (Canada Immigration & Citizenship, Nova Scotia, Canada) " rather than for "Canadian Immigration purpose " ?

Hi It also took 2 months for me to get the PCC from Thane PSK....

My case was stuck in Thane Police Commissioner office ..PSK does not have much role in it once they refer to Police.
You need to follow up Thane police commissioner office....Please go and request them and say that you need the pCC ASAP
Thane Police Commissioner Office will refer to your nearest police station , in return the staff will come to your house and also call you to Local police station and then will submit report back to Thane police commissioner office .Then the police commissioner office staff is total sarkari and will sit on the file for 15 to 20 days...SO please follow up with Commissioner office or use your contacts if you have any . it took 2 months for me to fetch the PCC despite having contacts....

If your PCC has been done within last 2 years then you will get the PCC within 2 weeks or even on same day....So better follow up with Thane Police Commissioner office and get it asap....

I am Sep 22 applicant NOC 0113. When can i expect my DD to be charged?

I can see lot of complaining, lot of worries about delay in processing, delay in Charging, Delay in PER and so on, Lot of friends on the forum are worried about the timeline and number of other things.
I would just like to share my personal story
I applied under Federal Investor category on 30th Dec 2009 but my application was returned back stating that the fee enclosed was wrong (in fact it was correct).
I sent my application again and it was recd by Delhi office on 18th January 2010, I recd letter of confirmation on 27th Jan 2010 saying that I need to wait for 12 Months. I did not listen a thing from them till 2014 jan that is 36 months, I raised number of queries, I even tried to know the details through MP of Surrey , who was kind enough to represent my case. Meanwhile my ECAS was updated with second line and I could see it till Apr 2014 ( 52 months since application was sent)
Then suddenly the ECAS went blank “ We are not able to locate you “, You can very well understand the mental agony through which I went, I was frantic, I called delhi, I called CIC but no help not a clue, Finally on on 12th August 2014 I recd mail from CIC stating that “ They have terminated the IIP and EP pursuant to economic action plan 2014 Act, No-1”.
I was fortunate enough that I could apply for FSW on 22nd July 2014, Otherwise god knows what could have been my state of mind Huh
I just want to tell/ convey that please do not worry/ do not raise your anxiety levels/ Just gear up/ Pick yourself up and pursue your dreams.
