PLEASE PLEASE I AM REALLY WORRIED

MY APP REACHED CIC ON 31st JULY, MONEY ORDER, NOC 0911. AS FOR LAST CALL, SCOTIA BANK INFORMED I WASNT CASHED YET.

There are apps from late august being charged. CIC does not respond emails, I am completely blind...I dont know what to think. Please guys, tell me what is going on.

No reason to Panic my friend. I am 30th July Applicant waiting for PER. Currently 28,29 & 30th Jul applicants are reporting PER's. Give it sometime and you will hear good news.

Banks do not really give a clear picture most of the times .. All the Best Buddy

Received my PER... on 22nd Nov, payment-> DD 14Nov...Applciation date->28th July for NOC 2132.

CC Charges were done in a random manner for hot NOCS. Currently 28, 29 & 30th July applicants are receiving PER. I would say Mid December for 25th August applicants.

This is my guess. Please refer to SS or keep watching this forum for the updates.

hi my cc was charged on 14th nov aswell.....waiting for PER.......I m a 5th August applicant......I m scared..

My dear friend.. There is no reason for you to get scared. You will also get PER.

Currently 28,29 & 30th July applicants are getting PER's. CC was charged in a very random fashion by CIO. but PER's are given in a sequential order.

Relax and you can expect PER by Next Week

Hey DD folks, I'm supporting you all on this venture. Patience that you'll receive your PERs in a matter of days!
Don't lose your hope because of those banks, this isn't important to them. I bet you'll receive the PER and they'll keep saying that the DD didn't occur yet...

Guys, I'm a June 09 applicant, got my PER on Oct 6. From the SS, I see that June 11 and 12th applicants have received request for MR and PCC.. I haven't yet, and my ecaas still reads one line. (we've received your application on June 09). Should I be concerned? Don't they send MR reqeusts in the order of PERs? Please share your opinions, positive or negative.

BTW, my VO is CPC-Ottawa and NOC is 2174.

It is only loosely in the order or PER received. They will only send MR after background check, security check, verification of the documents are complete and time taken for the completion of these checks is different for each applicant. So, although in general, earlier applications will receive MR earlier that is not always the case. You have definitely no need to worry as of yet.

canol I understand that it no where written anywhere on cic websites that those apps reaching after 31 dec to cio will be placed under express entry.

but read this paragraph again, especially the last sentence (copied from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp )

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

the last sentence itself makes it clear that these are the last applications they are receiving under FSWP2014.......until express entry launches in Jan 2015.......means that from Jan 2015 all the apps will fall under express entry program, now again they haven't mentioned it anywhere exclusively but again this last sentence was also not there until previous month....they modified their paragraph last month and added this sentence.......so they can modify it late as well and add or delete something.

I know its not 100% sure but these things are indicating it.

That statement's been there since April 2014, the beginning of the current FSW program. Besides, this is not the point. What Canol is denying is the claim that any FSW applications received BEFORE December but yet to be processed will be automatically transferred to express entry. This is simply not the case.

LONDON VISA OFFICE APPLICANTS

Hi All,

My DD was paid out on 4th July and I received PER on 8th August 2014 but have not heard back anything after that. The ECAS status also has remained the same i.e. "we received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014". Looking at the spreadsheet applicants whose applications were received in 2nd and 3rd week of May or even in some cases June applicants have received medical requests in the past 1 month or so.
Should I now be contacting the London visa office to inquire about my application status or has anyone else in the timeline already contacted and heard back from them. Please advise.

Questions

2. Since my ECAS status is still NOT updated with second line stating "We started processing your application...." would it wise to still send the documents proactively to NDVO. I do have an email response to my query saying that my file was transferred to NDVO.
