I got my application back today stating that my employment letter does not state my duties according to my profession. I want to ask the seniors of this forum that can i reapply with new employment letter stating the duties and responsibilities properly. Please help me.

Even I am also in the same boat. 2 Oct .2014 applicant... And I hope that we will be in a position to make it to NOC 2132.

@ Hardik - Congrats for 3rd line...And, Regarding ur last point, I called the Medical Center on 18th Nov and they confirmed that they had already sent the docs to NDVO.

I think WAIT is all @ sriramkb & I can do

Pls let me know. As per my bank my DD is encashed on 11 Nov. I am 21 July applicant. At this stage in case my file got rejected after DD encash . Will CIC inform me by mail. Or simply they will return my file.??

And what could be reason for delay in my PER........???

Yes after the charging you will for sure get either PER or NER by email. So they will inform you anyway.

Dont worry - some PERs take longer to be sent out. Have faith and you will get it soon!

Do not worry Bro.....PER takes around 7 to 15 days after charging, so you will hear positive news from CIC in next few days...
And yes in any case after DD encashed CIC informs your whether PER or NER...

If your NOC is not hot one and still have sometime to be in cap, you must reapply ASAP....

I think, PCC is not required. But, Medical - Yes!
