Hi All,

I understand that one would get MR email minimum 5 days after the ECAS second line is updated.

Having said that ECAS second line is updated on 20th Nov 2014.
However the updated line says they started processing my file on 17th Nov 2014.

Which date should I consider to calculate 5 days. A bit tensed.

I think, you are talking about CIIP. This is an invitation sent by NDVO or other local VO to those candidates who have received MR or are at a post MR phase. This one day session is all about where to land in canada based on your profile, canadian culture, job opportinities and many more. Attending or not attending the session would in no way impact your visa application. However, as a potential immigrant, i think, attending the session should be an absolute must.
