Can somebody tell me if I can apply under 0111 Financial Managers NOC if I am currently an Assistant Manager and not a Manager by designation?

Please Please Please help.......

If your most of your job duties matches with the NOC 0111 you are good to go. Designation or job title are not required to be the same as mentioned in designation list.

Where i am getting confused is in Economic Class form.

Your Work Experience section:

My Work position titles are not as per NOC, while job description and reference letters are as per NOC.

If i write Jr. Admin NOC 2172 Job description as per NOC 2172 (Reference letter showing job description)

is that ok ??????

Just don't worry about NOC when it comes to title. Job duties matter the most. Your responsibility is to present honest hard facts. CIO is responsible enough to see that you're being honest and your duties do match. Title is just a name, it doesn't say anything about your skills or background so it doesn't hold much value!

Just to remind you of my application. My app was received dated 23 June and my payment mode was DD. Till date I have not received any PER/NER.

I just called the CIC number today and found out a 8 digit Client ID, with which I am unable to track the application. The agent over the phone told me that there are notes in your file that it has been returned on 3 Oct 2014. I asked if there is any specific reason mentioned on the file, but she said that the file which is sent contains a detailed explaination letter.

Request if you or any other senior member to advice the next steps and clarify below points

1) By when can I expect the file to reach New Delhi? It was returned from Canada on 3 Oct 2014.
2) My NOC is 0111 and the status on this is 238 Apps. Can I take a chance before Dec 2014?

Hi Prashant,
Don't wait for anything prepare one more set of application, all you need to get it a Original ECA and Original IELTS rest you would be having with you.

Also you need to scrutinize your previous application form which u filled and sent to find the reason why it was rejected so that you dont repeat the same thing again.
Call the CIC again and persuade the agent to give you the reason in brief like DOB or Work Exp or any other thing so that you can over come the same in new package and make it to the CAP successfully with a CC or DD and PER and PR finally.

All the best seniors can comment if anything missing from my end.

I have applied NOC 0111. But my experience match only with previous company. What is the procedure to chk back ground verification by CIC? Because my ex employer never provide the original info about me because at the time of job left there were lot of argument with him and crash the relation forever.

So is there any chance for me to get positive by CIC?

If you documentation is strong, they may not verify at all. If possible then try to make things easy with your ex employer.

I think on Cass of negative feedback cic will give you a chance to explain.

My ECAS status changed it is showing we have started processing your application on 13 nov 2014 but till now(19 nov) I haven't got any MR mail ...it's six day but no MR ...
What should I do ?

Hi Skynt,
If you look at the timelines from PER to AOR and to MR it takes around 30 to 45 days to get an MR.
So wait and be prepared for the MR, and fees payment and stuff.

Don't worry guys.NDVO is sleeping now.Once they start working, they will issue visas in bulk.

what no. did u dial? i tried to call a while ago but the agent said that the only way to get status is by email to cio.

Thanks for your comments, however I woul still prefer to read the detailed explaination and then proceed with another set as then I will be sure of what I am submitting is absolutely correct.

Another thing. I am not sure why I am not able to pull up the status after typing the Client ID.

Awaiting guidence from senior/experienced members.

I am about to send my application in next week ( nOC 2281 )

What are the chances to be in the cap ?

Cherry you can send the application and i am certain that you would make it into the cap. having said that .. hurry up don't send incomplete package send a complete one.
Ask your friends or family to do a proof reading of the all first read all the forms carefully and make notes etc etc i am sure u know it all but just re-iterating cause i dont want other to go through what i went

Learn from other mistakes:
Include recent forms with signatures wherever required
Send affidavits wherever required
Send ECA and IELTS Original ( Cause i missed sending ECA Original)
Send DD if sending CC then make sure you sign and fill the information and inform the bank time to time to increase the limit and also CIC would charge so they dont have block.

Rest i guess you know it...AL the best

It looks like your app failed completeness check and was never charged. You should receive the file before 2015 based on your location. If you rectify the the issues that made CIC unhappy, you will probably succeed at making it within cap. Good luck!
