It's tough. You are a very borderline case.

Last reported charge so far was August 12th, but it should go up to the first days of September.

Nobody knows so far, you will have to wait.

You can open a CSE to ask about your application, response should be in 43 days.
But when I applied the 2173 was at 353. Can you please explain on what basis you are making the assumption.

The date you applied doesn't count, because CIC takes on average 80-90 days to do Completeness Check after the date of arrival - that's when they add your application to the CAP count.

So the CAP you are seeing today reflects mid to end August, maybe September.

When your application arrived, mid-September, the numbers were showing the status from June.

Nobody knows for sure, but there is a good chance you won't make the CAP.

Can you send another application for NOC 2172? If you can't, get ready for Express Entry.

Thanks idefix,...re-posting with date of DD encashment:

Dear forum members and seniors,

I am main applicant and our application was received on 31st July 2014. NOC 1123.I have applied with my wife.

My wife had previously applied for Canada student visa in year 2010 with her dependant just making the marriage certificate but unfortunately she didn't received visa. We married last febraury and it is genuine. Now in background declaration form, we did not mentioned about it because our lawyer said that CIC doesn't see the background check of dependant. They look over only for the main applicant.
Is this true? I am worried about it.

It would be great for your information.

Hi all, just would like to ask for a silly inquiry. How are you able to put a photo (jpeg,GIF) on a post?

Thanks

Congrats to all who got cc/dd charge, per, meds etc, don't forget update ss for the benefit of everyone eagerly watching any meaningful pattern in ss.

Thanks.

Hi all,

My application is under processing by Warsaw office. I expect, that my PR visa will be issued in May-August 2015 (based on previous year for Warsaw office).
Also I've got an offer from Canadian company. Project manager told that lawyers will contact Warsaw office and try to speed up the process. Didn't talk to lawyers yet, so don't know what will they try: use my PR application or apply to work visa.

Does anyone know about such cases? Most interesting question is how does job offer can affect processing time of FSW application.

Thanks

Hello seniors,
Is there any specific format for the Explanation letter ?
And also what is the order in which the explanations shall be given ?

Thanks in advance!!
Andy

Tough case. I wouldn't have taken the chance and would have put all the information, wouldn't want to be banned.

Did you hire a Canadian Lawyer?

Hello everyone,

I got my CC charged yesterday with the amount of $550. However, I sent two applications on the same date August 7th (NOC 1112 and NOC 0111). I'm not sure which application has been processed. Any advices? I have 3 year experience in NOC 1112 and 1.5 year experience in NOC 0111. Therefore, I am hoping I still have chance for NOC 1112.

Thank you very much for all of your information and good luck to everyone!!!

Congratulations :-)
