I applies for NOC 2174 and application reached CIC on 25th June 2014. And I got my application back on yesterday.
CIC mentioned that " A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this reason."
They didn't mention any other thing other than this.

I asked my consultant about this and they are saying that because of NOC2174 is full they my application sent back.
In that case, CIC should mentioned in other ways as "cap is reached for your NOC2174" . Right ???

What will be the correct reason ?
Please advise... What's next I can do ?

Rejection cannot be because of CAP reach because 30th June applicant for NOC 2174 has received PER. It must be because of Job Duties. You will need to closely look at all forms returned.

No, its not cap fill. or they mention it seperately
It can be anything, really sorry for the news. But once you get the package, it will have the rejection reason,

Medical Tests

Apollo Hospital Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
> Call = (079) 66701800
> Ask for Canada Immigration Medical Tests
> Receptionist will transfer to concerned department. (MHC)

Note: As soon as you receive MR email, please make an appointment first, it takes hardly 5 mins. Due to rush you may not get the earlier appointment date. MR is done for other visas as well and for 3 countries so rush is quite obvious.

Person from MHC (Medical Health Checkup) - Immigration section will ask over phone for Appointment :
1. #of applicant & members to take Medical test
2. Name of each members (even a child has to be appear for test)
3. Confirms the Names and in return a SMS will be sent to your mobile, with the dates, time and appointment ID for each member
4. Carry Original PPs, 2 copies of pp front/back, 6 photos for each members (35/45 mm), MR letter, MR forms for each member (Print outs - PDFs from MR email) & black pen.

Be on time/date of your appointment.

1. Office desk will ask you to fill out a form as soon as you reach. and give you a blue color file. Place that form inside it and keep it along with you at every test. (type everything in block letters - black pen)
2. Once you are done with form, you have to wait until the casher calls you, where you need to pay the fees (Rs 4300 Adult / 1500 Minor)
3. You will be asked to seated until again they call for the first test. (fun starts from here)
4. 1st test will be weight/height for all adults/minors
5. 2nd test - just regular eye test - reading alphabets (check regarding the both eye can see properly - with specs if applicable) Minors who can read are also asked, but they are liberal with that.
6. 3rd test - meeting with Doc, she/he will ask if any injuries/alergies/heart probs/illness/pregancy/pressure. etc. Doc will measure your BP, if comes high/low you have to redo the BP test again after 1-2 hours. (normally BP comes high coz of tension/rush you do here-there at hospital) stay calm, have a food/water come again after you are calm/relaxed. Doc will check again surely thenafter it will be normal, Even if BP is high, DOC will ask to take ECO test where actual heart beats are measured/monitored (which will cost Rs 1900 extra), once that is done - All cleared with BP. (this break to take for 1-2 hours and redo - can be done, later on as well doesnt have to wait, your other tests can be proceeded) - No BP check for minors, just basic questions only
7. 4th test - Blood/Urine test - same again very normal just like a regular lab take blood/urine sample (they keep it confidential) - No minors below 5
8. 5th test - Xray (man/woman) are conducted separately. - No minors below 5
9. staff person will take a recent photo of each members
10. If you are asked to check the BP again at the 3rd test/stage, go for now, else all tests are done. You free to go home.
11. Once all tests are done, again you have to be @ office desk, they will give you the final receipt will ask to verify the details/names as per PP. if all good. they hand over the receipt and ask to keep an extra copy. (receipt you need to send VO along with other docs requested by vo)

Above tests takes approx. 4 hours from the time of your appointment.

Once all tests comes all good to go, they will directly update into the system if eMedical (7-10 days from the test day) if emedical not available, manually they update your test reports to Vo.

if incase any test comes to be redone (blood/urine/xray) they will give you a call regarding the same. If within 7=10 no calls from hospital, that means your Medical tests are cleared and have to keeping checking the status.

Dont forget to take Appointment as soon as you get MR email.

Thanks, :)

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

Right of Permanent Resident Fee (Principal Applicant, Spouse/ Partner) CAD490 or INR26,700 per adult.

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

My Bank is asking for a fee receipt or something that explains the need of payment (to pmake DD). From the letter from NDVO, it only states that a RPRF payment shall be done. Shall I provide both letter from NDVO and a pay amount page cic guideline to explain them why I am paying?
Please suggest.

Once your wife enters that phase, then you need to wait for the delivery before you get her medicals done coz its highly unsafe to get xray done during pregnancy, doctors wont do her medicals in that case,

our suggestion, if you are waiting for MR, dont plan it now, may be once you land there would be best option but consider the cost of delivery in canada as well. or plan it and wait for the delivery as CIC will pause your process as you tell them about this.

Hope this says all. Thanks
TangoCharlie thanks for the valuable advice. We are right now awaiting our PER eagerly.Completed almost 100 days odd.So if everything goes well then our MR should be in feb end or March..

Are you taking a DD in INR? Which bank is this asking you for a receipt? You can take a DD on any ones name, they dont have a right to ask you anything about it....... Is it your regular bank that you visit?
