One of My Friend satish got the PPR request from NDVO today. he is 2174 applicant. He is not the member of this group but i will encourage him to join and be a part of this group.
He will be flying to Vancouver by Jan 11th 2015

Can you share his timeline?

Speaking 7.5
Reading 5.5
Listening 7.0
Writing 6.5

Another friend has got following band

Speaking 7.5
Reading 5.0
Listening 6.5
Writing 6.0

Both friends are applying for Immigration under FSWP. I may request readers to tell that how mucH points they will get for IELTS

Current status at CIC is 550 application under 2171, any possibility that my application can be considered for FSW14 only.

If yes, when can i expect my DD charge and PER

I applies for NOC 2174 and application reached CIC on 25th June 2014. And I got my application back on yesterday.
CIC mentioned that " A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this reason."
They didn't mention any other thing other than this.

I asked my consultant about this and they are saying that because of NOC2174 is full they my application sent back.
In that case, CIC should mentioned in other ways as "cap is reached for your NOC2174" . Right ???

What will be the correct reason ?
Please advise... What's next I can do ?

Consultant is not telling you truth..
The reason I can think of is mismatch in your job duties..

Good Luck!! Which noc are you applying under?

Not sure about which post your referring to, but original BC is not required, only a photocopy of it is required. However, if the BC is in English or French then they would need a ORIGINAL certified translation along with photo copy of Birth Certificate.

As per SS Delhi2173 is the oldest applicant on this forum. We have not heard anything from him. He must have received the PPR request or might may be VISA by now from NDVO.

Do anyone knows him.

I strongly believe people are not updating there latest status.

Please take it with a pinch of salt...... I believe your chances are tough. The way CIC has been updating caps unpredictably, no one for sure can guarantee that you would be with in the limit. However, I strongly encourage to see if you can send another app, as an insurance, if you qualify under a different noc.

I got the request for pcc on oct 20, I submitted them by nov 09. now awaiting any response from lvo (expectedly it will be for MR and RPRF inshAllah).
