Please take it with a pinch of salt...... I believe your chances are tough. The way CIC has been updating caps unpredictably, no one for sure can guarantee that you would be with in the limit. However, I strongly encourage to see if you can send another app, as an insurance, if you qualify under a different noc.

Do we Get Confirmation email From CIC when they receive our application.....??

No update from CIC until u get the CC/DD charge.
The only confirmation you get is from your courier company

What is the confusion for Payment?

I have got confirmed email from NDVO saying my payment via Online (Credit card) is success and attached to my File.

only email from UPS for me.

??? Such a learned person should not be so negative. You might be conservative, by nature but certainly should not be so negative. Please Be POSITIVE - B+ve!!! You applied only in September. We all waited for 4 months to get our charge and PER. You will have to do the same. With 73 points ++ you will never get rejected! (unless you are sure you made a mistake in the documents you sent..... IN WHICH CASE, please correct and resend the documents clearly mentioning why you are sending the addendum. There are many cases on this forum where the CIC folks have lovingly matched the two packages and given PER. Inaction is a waste of time!

Salary slips are not a mandatory requirement
I believe just not to load our App, with unnecessary docs which may arise any sort of doubts to CIC/VO, keep it simple and hastle free. for quick process

I have not been to any country nor my wife. Just two jobs in last ten years. I submitted appoinment letters, ref letters, reliving letter but not salary slips. I'm a 22nd May applicant and got PER on 10th September.

I guess you should contact VO about the matter, as from my belief, ECAS status are updated only after 1-2 days after you receive MR request.
May be they have sent the mail in wrong email address or sent you by post.

Dear, I have submitted my original IELTS & Canadian Equivalency Credential along with the application. How will apply a fresh case now.

I must have got a second copy of ECA report from WES, you can use that. Regarding IELTS, if you have applied via IDP, getting a second copy is relatively easy. Just send them your courier POD along with your sent application photocopy and tell them you need for applying for Canada under a different category, they will oblige you immediately.

But, if it is British Council it is a bit tough. If you have sent a DD, send the photocopy along with the other docs mentioned above to BC or local office along with Rs. 250/- DD and tell them to issue you a second copy of TRF. If they dont agree, tell them you have cases where they have issued second TRF with these documents and if they dont agree, threaten them to sue for discrimination. You can be sure that they have given second copy like this because........ IM THE ONE WHO GOT IT LIKE THAT ;D ;D ;D

Hi All,

There was somebody from Punjab, India, got rejected and awaiting his file to be returned. He was inquiring how long it takes for the file to reach back. I wanted to reply quoting his message, but couldn't trace it.
Anyway, I will come to the point, I just wanted to tell him that it will take around 2 months for the file to come back, as it did in my case last year, my case was deemed incomplete in the first instance and the second time the CAP was reached. It took nearly 2 months for the files to come back, both times.
