Also you can drop a mail to visa office asking for extension. These days they are taking around 7-10 days to respond to your query.

You said you have applied for PCC...does that mean your police verification has been initiated??

It will take around 20-30 days on time taken by SP office for verification. Once your verification is done you can request the person doing your verification to send your report to SP office ASAP. After that you can visit SP office and request them to process your verification report.

These days SP office uploads the verification report on PSK portal. Once the report is uploaded the same is reflected at PSK.

Don't wait for the message or status to change on your PSK account. Rather call their customer care and check if your verification is complete. In my case, my verification was done on 30th Oct and same didn't reflect till 7th Nov but when I called the customer care, they notified me that my verification is complete.

I have been a silent reader of this forum since past 4 months and have been helped several times by reading the replies of the forumites...

But I have one querry with me...I am an NOC 4011 applicant.

My only concern is that whether CIC is becoming subject specific while selscting applications..??
Since i am a post graduate in Pharmacy and pharmacy is not much in demand these days in Canada...so can it be a reason for the rejection of my application..??

If at all my process goes on as expected, I may landed there atleast before November 2015.
My passport expires on Feb2017. I am pretty sure it wont be a problem till I get there.
But my worry is can I renew my passport in Cananda itself with the PR status?

Does ndvo enquire about funds from bank..i had an urgent need so had to withdraw for use...i have shown them as proof of settlement funds...plz suggest i am worried...it was a fixed deposit

No bank will disclose your account details to third parties. It is a crime.

I called CIC yesterday....i got an agent online...bu he hung up saying they dont provide details of appliacnts from outside canada...we need to email them n hung up saying hav a good day ....i got him on call after so may trials n tht was his reply.....

If you are expecting PER then the most optimistic estimate for you is two weeks from now.
