Now i dont have extra 30$ for CIC online reference. As it was already done with my FSW package.

Jugal, why don't you issue a DD rather. It is much safer than CC, that too not your own.
You know the issues faced in CC payment !! change of card, loss of card, payment declined for stupid reasons, Change of rules for banks regarding CC, etc etc.

A more correct question would be, should you send details of CC of your cousin? If I were you, I wouldn't! If you want to use CC, then first check with your own CC company if they can increase limit to 70k which should be enough. Otherwise go for DD.
UPDATE: 70k would be enough only if there are two applicants in your file, i.e. you're paying CA$1100 for the PER stage.

Yeah, good idea. Call'em and mention that they need to cut the crap and get the charging back in queue.
