that my file was deemed incomplete....it is returned back on 6 th oct. 2014

What they mean by deemed incomplete....and how much time it will take to get my file back???

Sorry to hear this! You've got to start preparing another file NOW if you wish to retry. Leave all these questions behind. Something was amiss in your file for sure. Make sure you more carefully follow the document checklist and provide all forms and documents mentioned in there. If any doubt then you can ask on this forum.

And to be honest, no one can answer you queries with any confidence. It's already over a month since your file was returned so you should be receiving it in a week or two.

I mailed them about acceptance of additional documents. ..on 22 sept.

time to update. latest CC charged is 8th August now.

They seem to give priority to hot Nocs
But the gap between charging and issuing Per seems high now

Veteran really sorry for that. Without having file in hand it is difficult to say what is incomplete or missing. Would recommend you to check the copy of your file if some document or information is missing.

Your NOC is not that hot, you can reapply... please dont loose hope.

When I was ordering my FSW WES online, there was an option to add another recipient. What I did was put my name and address as an additional recipient. So I received 2 physical copies of the report in addition to the online version for CIC. The additional copy was $30 CAD extra charge.

Hi Folks,

I have one more query.

My Original WES reports were lost in ordinary mail.

Now I am planning to get 2 copies of it.

WES provide two options to order duplicates reports.
1) exclusive login for FSW. Here they give only 1 report copy . there is no option to order second copy.
with this they will also provide a online refernce for CIC to have a look.

2) Normal login. Here i can order as much reports i can . But they dont create online refernec for CIC.


As i need 2 reports i will order throught second option only.

Now i want to know is this online refernce for CIC is required or not.
Or WES is only want to fetch more money from Customers.

Any idea what is the latest date in june getting MR from NDVO?????

CIC is jumping dates. Do not worry. A lot more applicants aren't charge for July yet. Your turn will surely come.
