Actually I got call from NDVO to confirm my mail ID and immediately they send a mail with MR and RPRF

ECAS status is yet not updated.

He received PER on 26 Sept, about 25 days earlier than I did so I can potentially expect MR in next 25 days! That's really fast.

I'll get my PCC sorted ASAP.

By now, as per SS, we can establish a certain trend of LVO sending out MRs to applicants majority of whom are:

1- Based in Gulf countries i.e. UAE, Saudi Arabia
2- Belong to IT, Mechanical, or other Technical NOCs

We know that Visa offices do not follow FIFO so i am assuming that LVO received piles of application from CIO most of which related to IT / Technical NOCs. So they segregated applications related to said NOCs and are processing their MRs first up. I can only hope that LVO pays attention to other NOCs as well as many of the May first and second week applicants are awaiting even Second Line update let alone MR.

Hi Seniors, need clarity. What does applications returned by NDVO means? Is there any chance of application returned once PER is issued? For what reasons do the Visa Office return the applications? Has anyone in the forum got back the application after receiving PER?

I think they must be focusing on the next hot noc in order to close them and stop the app income. Guess 2132 and 3012 will be next.
