Any Body else have any opinion for NOC 2173 Cap by 1st OCT , as my Application has been reached on 1st OCT 2014?

I agree with Canol...you have an outside chance only, particularly because many potential 2174 applicants had moved to 2173 in July end itself, sensing the cap risk. Pray & Pray!. My best wishes!

But as the count suddenly increased in last update to 699, which making me impatient for keep on thinking about weather I will be clear or not.
So Q asked for making my mid setup weather there is a chance or not.

I am seeing quite a lot experienced guys are suggesting on many queries, so may be they have some pridictions for 2173 for reached application by 1st OCT?

Expected DD changed date for 1st OCT reached application[if i will be under CAP] ?

If unfortunately I am not clear and cap will be full, Will CIC send the application back.
Can I use the same documents for EE in 2015 ->
1. Will reference letter taken in Sept from my past company work for EE 2015
2.Will the Proof of Fund doc taken in Sept need to be taken again?
3. What other doc need to be changed if I want to apply in 2015 EE ?

Though EE detailing is still not comprehensive, what we understand is it will be online submission of your details..without any supporting courier. Basically, they plan to build a potential immigrant database for the employer community in Canada. Based on the shortlisting of profiles by the employer, and an inprinciple offer of employment, the online applicant will be asked to submit his applications like that we did now. The only promise is they will close the process in 6 months flat. Current fsw2014 is still under 12 month limit to complete.
Since this becomes narrowed down only to select employers, they are debating / planning to have additional pilot programs to open up Business Investor / Venture Capitalist / Self Employment immigration programs.
So, in nut shell, all your docs in all probability will need to be made again...as initially it will be only intent to migrate that will be updating into some online database. Other forumites..correct me if I am wrong / missing something!

Hey last rejected app was on 28th Aug as per recent posts.... So there are chances that previously filled apps may have cleared completeness check... So think positively pal...

Why do you think it is unlikely? Considering current 699 for 2173 includes Aug applications and going by the current speed of applications received for 2173, I believe mid October applications will be considered before reaching 1000 CAP unless there is an all of a sudden increase in number of Sep applications received by CIC.

It doesn't include all August applications. The approximate date of completeness check was ~August 20. And in this formula the inflow of applications is totally unknown. There could have been an increase or decrease in 2173 appl. I feel that rejected 2174 rushed to 2173. I wish you can make it though, good luck!

Completeness Check is over and they are going to scan the entire set...and then move it to the safe Central Registry Vaults..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D. They need only the scan to do cc / PER /to send to VO.

I received Medical Request on 8th nov. I have to travel to onsite from my current company by next week for 3 weeks and considering this I have couple of questions.

1. Within how much days generally people get Passport request after submitting MEDICAL,PCC & RPRF
2. After receving Passport request within how many days candidate has to sent Passport to local VO? (Is there any time limit like medical ? )
3. Suppose there is any time limit to submit passport , what to do while candidate is at onsite?
