Hi there

Can anyone shed some light on my concern. I recently applied for FSW and regarding Background declaration form point no 6, last year I applied for a Canadian business visa to attend a 2-day meeting, my application was initially declined and when following week I appealed & reapplied I got the one. Now did I make a mistake by not ticking yes in Section 6.d or since I got the visa I rightly did not put a yes in place. Please share your views on the situation.

I even did not know about UCI on business visa stamp or initial refusal letter when I had my FSW application filled. What should I do now?

Kindly put the following in google search /2012/07/buddhist-priest-inadmissible-for-misrepresentation/

Re: Section 12 (Addresses) of the Schedule A: even addresses when travelling?

Guys, another one, sorry(

Just came across a video tutorial of an immigration consultancy, where an immigration lawyer says that in Section 12 (Addresses) of the Schedule A Background Declaration form, one is required to mention all the addresses even if they were travelling (in this case, "Travelling. No fixed address" should be mentioned). It has never occurred to me before... My husband and I have just written the addresses where we resided in our home country.
The question is, has any one of you, successful applicants, specifically mentioned time periods during which you were travelling in a foreign country?
My husband has once travelled for 3 months in a foreign country as a tourist, and there were several other instances when we both were abroad as tourists for a couple of weeks...

Thanks once again... and sorry for disturbing

Hi CherryKa,

For the 12th question (addresses) of background declaration, I mentioned the addresses that only I lived at, and my wife's as well. My wife had spent nearly 3 months in a foreign country and I didn't mention it. Recently I'm waiting for PPR.

That's my case, anyway.

hope it helps

not necessary to mention in addresses but necessary to mention in foreign to details

Very sorry for that. but i would suggest one should disclose that Company name (Consultant) to us also, so that everyone should be beware of that.
