Think this year processing is very different. Previously MR used to be one of the last stages, but now they are starting with MR, RPRF and PCC requests even before assigning a Visa officer.
Only after receiving MR/PCC/RPRF application is kept in queue and a visa office is assigned and Background checks and other validations are taking place.
This year, I think a MR request is just the start of the process and not the phase near the end like in the past. Hope this clarifies everything, and why we are getting MR requests immediately after application is received at VO.
Dear Shakti123 ....... Pls calm down your nerves....... Your opinion is not true........ I know it is hard to wait but pls relax.......
1. Your first worry:::: I think you recognize me...... I am the one who tried to convince you that online payment of RPRF is valid but instead of accepting you started arguing by giving more negative replies. Ultimately you and other people got the reply from NDVO that it is valid..
2. Your Second worry:::: You started thinking that "Medical results have been received" does not mean that Medical is OK. Then again i gave you a example of my friend who has received further medical request from VO has not received third line. Wheres i received my third line updated, which clearly means that Medical line is updated once it is clear.
3. Important and new one:::: Now you feel that MR/RPRF/PCC requests are being made before assigning the files to VO. This may also not true as atleast two members has already received interview requests, so who asked for the interview. There are also more than one member who are asked additional documents/POF documents etc, so who asked for those documents. Why so much of time is required for getting MR/RPRF/PCC, the way you think all files received by VO can be asked for MR/RPRF/PCC instantly.
You said that background checks will be made after the receipt of MR/RPRF/PCC. No doubt that background checks can be initiated any time and they can be started after MR request. Most of the people who received MR/RPRF/PCC might got their background check done or waived. I personally know few applicants who received MR/RPRF/PCC requests they all are having years of experience and they belong to big private/public/govt. organizations, i believe their documents is strong enough like Appointment letters/HR communications/PF accounts with their organizations/ ITR / salaried accounts etc. or their background check is easy enough from their department's websites etc. That's why, some got them early, some are waiting with their files are being processed and other's files are assigned to a VO awaiting a first review.
The reply you got from VO that your file is awaiting for review may be a second review for MR/RPRF/PCC and criminality check.
I may be wrong..... but that is what i feel......... I can understand your situation........ But your worries also starts giving stress to others.....
Hopefully we will see some PPR's before the end of this week.
