Yes, I'll comment them to death on Twitter. I'm as desperate as you are. I'm going to ask them why the hell they can't just cancel the ceremony and allow notarized oaths instead. I could understand processing delays before making a decision, but can't understand delays because of the oath ceremony.

WTF, why don't they just ask us to sign an affidavit instead of the oath? Why? I'm going to message them on Twitter all Monday long asking this very question. Their handling of the situation is getting ridiculous

It's exactly what I'm scared of: that they will resume this in-person ceremony thing. I'd hate having to travel to a different town, taking time off work etc. AND in-person ceremonies can be cancelled at a moment's notice whenever there's a COVID outbreak.

I really wish we could do the oath via a notary public or something. I can understand the delays in processing, but I simply don't get the delays in oaths. There are so many alternative ways to organize the oath process

Exactly. That's how I see it too. Everyone does everything in their own interest only, so it totally makes sense. They don't give a damn about us - but they do care about their KPIs
