Getting mad at this moment..my application has completed 110 days today after it landed on 23rd July..DD not yet charged. NOC 2133. There is no activity on my app. No communication from CIO .. pin drop silence...just getting mad.MAD..O God !

RelaXXX...you need to may be wait for another week before having having news on DD...Your DD charging is on the way.... ;D

Hi..
I recieved mail frm CIC saying I am not eligible because I am not able make 67 points...
agent told me internship experience is also calculated for work experience point but CIC didnt calculate in points....CIC gave points for 5 yrs experience. ..
In oct 2014 I completed 6 yrs experience so agent is saying now you will get points for 6 yrs experience...want to knw whether agent is lying or not...how much point I ll get for 6 yrs experience. ...
I am automobile engineer...I hav applied for noc 2132 n got rejected bcoz of work experience points. ...agent is saying v ll apply for noc 2232...pls suggest what to do in such case...how much chances to crack if I apply now

I have applied on NOC 2173 and my application has been reached on 1st OCT.Plz
Please let me know the fair chances so that I can proceed for PCC ?

You need to get police certificate only if you stayed more than 6 months...... Termination of job due to bad performance is not a crime hence it will not effect on police record even if you stay more than 6 months.

"i am really tensed, i am working in uae for last 4 months, i have not completed 1 year, am in a situation of loosing job, the company may terminate my contract showing my performance below expectation, if it happens i will get 6 months auto ban from ministry of labor, means i cant work for any company for six months. its employment ban only. but i can travel back uae if wanted. only thing is that i cant work here for 6 months. there is no other criminal records or any offence from my side, i am clean so far"

my wife is the principal applicant and got per on October, can i get pcc from uae if i get a labor ban?, will it affect my rest of the processe am waiting for mr and rprf? am eagerly waiting for your valuable reply?

My lawyer mentioned that they have seen a few cases of full-time payed internship that were counted towards experience by the CIO... and other ones with the same characteristics that weren't counted.

They say it depends on the Visa Officer discretion, so if your application is on the edge it would be best to search points elsewhere (spouse's IELTS for example).

Pls suggest should I go for noc 2232 ...automobile engineer....6 yrs experience completed in oct 14...or I shud try for noc 2132 again bt this noc is filling fast...
