Its almost more than 12 days I have got second line updated but till now no MR, RPRF request, i am may 21st applicant and there are may guys from may end who have got MR request.

So I have decided to go and give medicals at panel hospital by providing them with my UCI no and other details, also will get my PCC and RPRF ready and send it to NDVO...

I would rather than waiting from request from NDVO myself send them all the required completed formalities to be done further, lets see what they revert on this...

Hi Fellow Forumite,

I sent my app in on 4th Sept, 2014. with only DHL's confirmation that it has been delivered. Pls do you receive any other acknowledgement apart from this?
Also on the SS, some applicants got theirs received my Mike and others...pls how did u know this.

Firstly surprised to c people are still using DHL very poor service , and about your receipt depends on payment mode like if cc than average 100 days if DD than 110 to get to know the first thing from date of application received also your NOC plays a vital role

PER (positive eligibility review) will be around 3.5-4.0 months from application date. Might get a little faster. So wait till then to hear from CIC.

i sent my file under NOC 2281 reached on 31 OCt. and now the CAP is 365, what's my chance to fall in cap ?, Do anybody knows what month they working on now?

Hi there

Can anyone shed some light on my concern. I recently applied for FSW and regarding Background declaration form point no 6, last year I applied for a Canadian business visa to attend a 2-day meeting, my application was initially declined and when following week I appealed & reapplied I got the one. Now did I make a mistake by not ticking yes in Section 6.d or since I got the visa I rightly did not put a yes in place. Please share your views on the situation.

I even did not know about UCI on business visa stamp or initial refusal letter when I had my FSW application filled. What should I do now?

Yes earliest possible time for the first is mid of November but 100% by NOVEMBER end since this month has some national off days so!
And DHL they don't give signed PODs since they outsource their parcels for Sydney NS area to 3rd party so they say we are not accountable for the same don't worry write to DHL and ask them to give you certificate of delivery on their letterhead that will be enough for the purpose good luck

Just a general suggestion, I am going through with minor cough and cold. So shall I wait for 2-3 before medical so that I should be fully fit OR minor cough & cold shouldn't be a problem.

I believe minor cough & cold shouldn't be problem in MR , but lil concerned since its a life changing event for us. :

Looking for your suggestion. PLEASE SUGGEST.

I dont think so that it will be much of a concern. Its just a minor cough and cold due to climatic changes thats all....

Any more suggestions on this by others......
