I think your NOC is 3012, if it so, you might be placed in the CAP1000, But the chances are 50-50

I have applied under NOC 2133. My application was received on 23rd July and have not received any communication after that. I have done the application with help from this forum and not contracted any agent for the purpose. Is there any ray of hope for me to get through provided there are no issues with the application?

I can see that CC has been charged for 23 July applicants. My mode of payment is DD.
