But that person is no where on the forum or the SS. The Info is still biased unless that actual person or Shika comes forward and enters the data on the SS.

This data is purely based on what we have on the SS.

What if the job duties don't match ??? let us take a hypothetical case say I want to apply in NOC 2133 electronics engineers and my previous NOC was 2174 Computer programmers, What than? will CIC have my records and verify with them before processing?

I know no one knows for sure how CIC handles the case, But guys please bear with me and state your point of views and experience you had/seen.

CIC will maintain records. Even if they don't, it will be wrong on your part to apply for an NOC where you have no prior experience. How are you going to arrange for an employers ref letter for the new NOC applied for if you haven't actually had an experience in that NOC. Even if you manage, this will lead to fraud / misrepresentation and you may be banned from applying to Canada for at least next 2 years.

If you really have job duties matching in the new NOC you are planning to apply, only then should you apply under this new NOC. Please keep things transparent with CIC.

I was in USA thrice
Once on business Visa for three months in IL state in Sep 2004
second time for 7 months on L1 visa in IL State in Apr 2006
Third on business visa for 1.5 month in NJ state in Oct 2010

1) Do i need to get PCC for all three journey? I believe I need to get only when I stayed for more than six months?

2 )Do I need to get FBI PCC & State PCC both or just one.

3) How and where to apply for it ?

I sent my app in on 4th Sept, 2014. with only DHL's confirmation that it has been delivered. Pls do you receive any other acknowledgement apart from this?
Also on the SS, some applicants got theirs received my Mike and others...pls how did u know this.

use the DHL tracking link (http://www.dhl.co.in/en/express/tracking.html) put the number mentioned on your airway receipt. you should get the status signed by/for
