For all esteemed forumites with DD or cc charged, PER, MR, RPRF...received...CONGRATULATIONS. Pipis Husband, Canadian mum,and other active forumites...Welldone. I don't feel alone when I am on this forum. I am just getting worked up as August draws near. All my life is chanelled to my Laptop. I can check 5 times a day. Is anyone feeling same?

Yes she is eligible and no she won't be given lesser preference over others. If all documentation is upto date and correct then her file will be processed as others.

Im quering this on behalf of my relative. She has 5 years of experience but had quit her job in 2009 and hasn't been working since then. Is she eligible to apply?

I suppose the criteria is 1 year of full time employment in the last 10 years? Am I right? If she is eligible will she be given lesser preference over others?

Please advice?

I think as we are receiving PER emails for 11th July apps as per latest update.. and no June app PER in last few days...
Game for pending June apps is over? and those apps are returning and on the way??
We have also seen couple of updates in last few days on forum receiving their apps back.

comments/thoughts??

I would request all early June and may be entire June applicants who have not heard anything from CIO to check their applications thoroughly again to find if there is any gap.

And if you find some problems then share on the forum and reapply asap.

You should also write to cio to inquire about your application

Today i ve confirmed from the bank that my dd was cashed on 10-10-14 but stil i didnot get any further information regardind my aaplication.
I'm bit worried regarding it!!!!!!
Is there any chance of rejection the application after the DD encash???

Details:

NOC: 2281
Application received: 10th July
Credit card charged: 28th October
PER received: 6th November.

I will update the spreadsheet when I'm back from holiday.

Drop a mail to CIC asking for it. they will give you your UCI and hopefully mail will say, your file has been transferred to local VO

Hi Experts,

I am about to send my documents today. Need one small clarification please.

I have arranged the documents as per the Checklist. There are few documents such as employment letters, marksheets, which have been stapled. Is it fine to send them like this ?

I read in checklist that documents should be left unbound, but my offer letter itself is of 11 pages. So I have stapled the 11 pages together. Similarly, all the 8 semester degree marksheets have been stapled. Is is okay to send the documents like this. ?

Finally, I have separated employment, funds proof, educational documents using paper clips.

Please advise.

I have got my Spouse name added in my passport.
So I have a new passport with new passport number.
My old passport has been cancelled and returned back to me by PSK.

Will it affect my application?
And what is further process now?

Hi Guys,

Just going through the Forms sent along with MR, apparently they have requested for a new updated Background declaration form. It seems that I might have forgot to mention my activity of 4 month after my Bachelors and for that they have requested a new updated Background form.

Should I have any problems with the request?

Actually I wasn't doing anything at that time other than visiting places and exploring, so what should I be writing in this time span?

You should provide updated form. There is nothing negative in this request. You should mention what you have done during this gap. May be job hunting etc.

2) one-of my friend applied on 10th June and he received his per on 7th October and he has the same payment method as well as same bank dd.

I have a friend who is paying by DD but he forgot to write his name in applicant name part of payment form
Is this a big problem? ?

Re send the same form only and hope for the best. Mention details on a separate paper when you sent the prev application, what time it reached and who signed the receipt. This will help them track your appln to add newly sent form to it. Its a gamble worth taking.
