My file was received on july 8th....
credit card was charged on october 24th....
I have been expecting PER within 10 days but its already been 14 days...ca u please lemme know wot r th maximum days for PER?
Bit worried....wot r the other possibilities?

Should get it by next week max

Im quering this on behalf of my relative. She has 5 years of experience but had quit her job in 2009 and hasn't been working since then. Is she eligible to apply?

I suppose the criteria is 1 year of full time employment in the last 10 years? Am I right? If she is eligible will she be given lesser preference over others?

Please advice?

There is no preference in application processing its on first come first basis....so i would suggest to get the application package ready and sent it..

also look for NOC she would be applying for, whether it is HOT NOC or not....just to get the idea of getting processed....

The response I got from him is given below (as posted earlier) :

""I do not have exact deatils of that guy. HE is from chennai . NOC 3142 and his application reached canada on 5th may.
few days back only he got hi PPR ."

today i met 4 applicants from karachi, LVO have issued them PPR! they are from May 2014. they are not on any forum or on any spreadsheet (not technical people and dont use PC that much).

i my self is waiting for ppr. it means this year LVO has worked so fast for Paki applicants from Karachi that in 6th month they will get their PR visas stamped on PP! really very speedy process!

As long as she has enough experience, qualification and enough points there is nothing to worry. She is good to go.

unfortunately, i got my application back today (NOC:2281) due to work experience issue. although the experience letter contain all the required duties mentioned in NOC.

Queries:

1. can any 1 pl provide the format of experience letter for another try...
2. do i still have a chance if i resend my application under NOC:2281 in couple of days?? (CIC website showing count of 242 under my NOC as at today)
3. can i resend the same file (old dated forms, bank statement, police certificate etc) !!!

pl guide on the matter...

1. can any 1 pl provide the format of experience letter for another try...

You still got chance, thats my take, ask any of your NOC applicants to share the reference letter and you can manage accordingly.

Hello Forumites,

I need to send back RPRF payment along with medicals and PCC. I have taken a DD for RS.53400(Fee for myself & wife) from HDFC. Now I would like to know if I need to write the UCI number on the back side of the DD.if yes, I just found that me and dependents (Wife & 1 year old baby) have different UCI numbers; so Do i need to write all the UCI numbers on the back side of the Demand draft? Please advise

What is problem they mentioned with job duties, is your payment charged ?
Fees is charged ?
