Please find above a small analysis just for sharing...
Mentioned percentage is No of application started processing against no of apps received from individual VO's
This shows that compared to all other VO, NDVO is working very fast and efficiently where the total no of appls processed by NDVO against No of applications filed is 16.5% which is high compared to all VO except Ottawa...
Also should consider that NDVO have most no of apps compared to all other VO's, its like 3 to 15 times more apps then some VO's
This gives a view about how fast and swiftly NDVO is workind comparing the % of apps processed against received and no of apps being very high..

So i thing for this atleast we should cheer NDVO and appreciate their working to make all our dreams come true for Canada...

May I as you a favor?

So many people are calling CIC to find out their current statuses and eventually some of you are getting through to talk to an agent that could you please also ask them the following question: how do they treat proof of funds (bank certification letters) in foreign currencies in terms of exchange rate fluctuations like what if current rate eats away a part of your amount indicated? Do they reject such applications due to insufficient funds, or do they skip this check and forward it to VO's, or do they request an updated PoF? Please PM me if you figure this out, I'd be really thankful.

Dear Seniors

Need advice...itz urgent.

I had applied in FSW-2014 in NOC 2133, My file reached at CIC office on 30th of Oct., but now i came to know that i have missed one form IMM5562( Supplementary travel form). Now what are the chances of rejection and if Yes then what should i do now? What are different options available to me ?
Because my file has reached CIC office a week back so it will be analysed in Jan or Feb.

should i send this form IMM5562 with cover letter to CIC ? will they consider it ?

I think your NOC is not that hot. You may have still chance if you send a new application. If you can manage everything by a week I think it would be better. Cause there is strong chance they reject your application and there is also very little chance they will match your additional documents with your primary applications. It happened with many that even though they sent additional documents those were not considered. But for some applicants it worked out. That's why I feel that even if you send additional documents, prepare another package to be sent again with all information. I know this will be tough as you sent original IELTS, ECS and so on. But these can be managed too. Try if you can.

Hi Guys,

Just going through the Forms sent along with MR, apparently they have requested for a new updated Background declaration form. It seems that I might have forgot to mention my activity of 4 month after my Bachelors and for that they have requested a new updated Background form.

Should I have any problems with the request?

Actually I wasn't doing anything at that time other than visiting places and exploring, so what should I be writing in this time span?

Pls take a margin for such fluctuations, in any other case, the amount is considered on the basis of the exchange rate at the date of bank certificate/your covering letter explaining the amount. so need not worry
