And I must share, the feeling is awesome to get such a great news on an auspicious day..

I have updated the SS also last night..

Wish everyone success in this Dream of getting the Canadian PR..

Just few things I want to share:
1. Initially hired a consultant due to family pressure, who ripped a good amount from me. He even does not know how much point I make out in total. For education from day 1, Consultant was telling me I will score 22. Even after getting the WES, he did not told me that I will get 21 points. I did my own due diligence with the help of GOOGLE.
2. Got the first available date(International) for IELTS exam and my wife wrote the exam.
3. Got my BC(Original) from my first school after so many year, lol
4. BC of both of us had issues, so submitted the affidavit's along with the BC and Xth Passing Certificate.
5. Initially wrote wrong CVV on the form and filled many forms with contradictory information(like DOB of parents not matching in 2 forms).
6. Asked for return of the Courier due to a dream which said my information is not correct.


Trust in God, he will never disappoint you..
Wish you all good luck.. Thank god for bringing me to this point of Canadian Dream after 8 years of wait. Though applying for the first time.

I was eagerly waiting for this mail and could barely sleep for the last 2 days as I was expecting it anytime. Today being Gurupurab,we were on our way to Gurudwara when I received the mail and felt SO BLESSED.

After the CC charge, I was so anxious for PER mail as it would be a vindication that I have prepared the documents correctly( The family pressurized me to hire an agent but I refused). Though most of the organizations I worked with previously provided me with BRIEF job responsibility letters, the current company(one of India's biggest IT companies) refused to do so. Besides mentioning the job roles of the current organization on a plain sheet ,along with pay slips, form 16, promotion letters, I also attached with my application to CIC, the refusal letter wherein the company stated that its against their policies to issue any such letters with job responsibilities on a letter-head.

All and all , feeling relaxed......

wait for the next step starts..

2. Given most probabely, the completeness check is over or (on going) for August application and I have not received any communication, is it safe to assume that completeness check has been passed for my application?

I personally called CIC from inside Canada and the agent told me that they don't have access to FSW apps at Sydney. Having UCI is useless. I do have it for instance, but until CCC, ECAS won't show a thing because the electronic file is not created at the moment. It's a matter of self-control really. The first stage sucks the most - you have no confirmation of receipt, no status update, the CIO is slow to reply to queries and is hesitant to forgive a mistake at the same time. One waits 3-4 months and becomes a forum junky refreshing his mailbox 1000 times in anticipation of PER. And to make the matters worse sometimes CIO screws up a perfect app and sends it back (miscalculation of points or failing to find enclosed document). A number of times they acknowledged administrative errors but the applicants were caught in the dreaded waiting for snail mail to send the legitimate application back. So, yeah, it's a hardcore experience, but it is a joke compared to the actual process of immigration that is to follow if they issue a visa.

I do not know the reasons as i have not received my application back.

My noc is 2132 (Mechanical Engineer) but it is one of the top nocs that will get filled up next month. Can i apply for 2232 (Mechanical Technologist/Technician)?
All of my duties are included in both NOCs but my job title (Piping Engineer) is in 2132. Which is important? Matching your job tile in your NOC or matching it with most job duties?

They should match with job duties/responsibilities. Profile or job title has nothing to do with it. All the best!

Ishu - There is a group for August applicants "http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-august-applicants-t240682.0.html"... Request you to please post your queries in that Group so that it isn't missed... However, Although completeness checks are over at CIC for August applicants, but that does not ensure that you really passed or failed the completeness checks. Pls wait for some more time and you should be hearing the updates after 20 November as per the current flow of work CIC is undertaking.

The Package delivered destination shows as Columbus - West.
When i called the DHL customer service, they say it is the right address..

Has anyone who applied for PCC in USA, got the same destination address.

It got delivered on 16th Oct, but my CC did not get charged yet....

What happens if i do not get the US PCC on time...

They are still working on July apps, charging and per issuance. You'll get your package back through yout home address and they will send you an email. You'll get your per. Have faith. May God bless you.

Guys do u have any stats that how many files are get rejected after getting PER AND AOR? and what are the reasons and any chance to appeal based on the rejection? Also do u guyz have any idea regarding background cheks suck as Bank, Job, Family during processing?

it depends upon ur papers and on ur visa officer.....sumtimes they do check everything sumtimes they dont.....gudluck

Yes, the address is correct. expect CC charge in month or so from when it is delivered to FBI.
Expect report in 12-13 weeks from time it was submitted.

If you don;t get report on time, ask NDVO for extension.
