I ve one question regarding the experience certificate
It includes all the required info. Such as working hours, annual salary, job descriptions, job title, employement period, its printed on company letterhead a4 paper which includes all company informations such address, telephone and fax number and online website.
Its signed and stamped by my manager, accompanied by copy of my work contract and copy of last 5 months salary slip.

The question is, my manager signed but he didn't write his position or contact informations

Is it an issue?

The address is perfect. Don't worry as soon as cc gets dregs your report should be with you in two three weeks. One advice I would like I give all Pcc wanting people that please give 4-5 fingerprinting cards. And please use address if someone in USA. This will expedite the process by 200 times.

Well, imagine you come out of the plane, complete landing formalities and suddenly realize that the only thing that connects you to Canada is your immigration visa with POE stamp. No home, no job, no medical insurance, no furniture, no car, no friends and so on. It is very tough.

I sent medicals/PCC/RPRF DD/PP copies on 27 oct via blue dart. My RPRF dd encashed on 31 oct. And third line updated on 6 nov.

I am sending the below docs to NDVO, are these enough or am I missing anything?

Mail from NDVO for Medicals and RPRF.
IMM 1017E Signed by the Panel Physician(Copy).
Bill of Medicals received from the Hospital.
RPRF Online Payment Receipt.
Copy of Passport.

Hi I suppose that the designation and the contact like phone no , official Email ID the of the person authorising ur roles is mandatory. .

immigration stream and as no correlation with FSWP.

Leave it blank. If you are applying under FSW than this box will go gray.

FSWP stands for Federal (all provinces except QC). Quebec has it's own SWP, which is a completely different story. Which program are you applying to?
