Finally Received my MR today from NDVO. Just one day ahead of my birthday(7 Nov)

Thanks to lord almighty to listening my prayers.
And thanks to all lovely forum members to support me when required.
I'm again going to distribute 100 food packets to poor people.

I tried my luck couple of times yesterday. I called three times initially before 10 AM their time and spoke to same lady each time. She refused even to check my UCI etc. I again tried my luck around their noon and got thru an agent. I played a different game this time and ask him for my UCI. I told him that I lost my UCI and was urgently required. He collected my first name. last name and then country of birth and gave my UCI number. Then I asked him whether my application is still with CIC . interestingly he said its sent to Visa office.

I have updated the SS also last night..

Wish everyone success in this Dream of getting the Canadian PR..

Just few things I want to share:
1. Initially hired a consultant due to family pressure, who ripped a good amount from me. He even does not know how much point I make out in total. For education from day 1, Consultant was telling me I will score 22. Even after getting the WES, he did not told me that I will get 21 points. I did my own due diligence with the help of GOOGLE.
2. Got the first available date(International) for IELTS exam and my wife wrote the exam.
3. Got my BC(Original) from my first school after so many year, lol
4. BC of both of us had issues, so submitted the affidavit's along with the BC and Xth Passing Certificate.
5. Initially wrote wrong CVV on the form and filled many forms with contradictory information(like DOB of parents not matching in 2 forms).
6. Asked for return of the Courier due to a dream which said my information is not correct.


Trust in God, he will never disappoint you..
Wish you all good luck.. Thank god for bringing me to this point of Canadian Dream after 8 years of wait. Though applying for the first time.

Outside Canada: 1-613-944-4000 - This is a US number and you need to select 1 for immigration which will then route the call to Immigration canada.

Kudos man .. If the Client is Smart, the Consultant cant take him for a ride 8)

But pls help me understand : "because you have and you can" afford it and you did pay them a hefty US$2200 ... on top of that you kept so much vigil on them ... so "What is the Value add you think you derived from him by paying $2200 (adjust for his out-of-pocket expenses) ?"

FYI: In Indian Currency it comes to INR 1.32 Lakhs which is a bomb given the Deliverables !!

What is the status of your application now? I have also done a lot of research on consultants and i think that south asian consultants who are in our areas like india,pakistan and bangladesh mostly are looters. But i am thinking to hire canadian consultant. Although on my part i have done all the work and all the necessary docucmentation ready including PCC, ECA, IELTS, etc.
