Thats right !! Wastes one spot in CAP if 2 PERs are issued to same person and serves no one's purpose.
But when unsure of any one NOC, applicants do apply under 2 NOCs if job duties match to be doubly sure of getting through.

By the grace of Allah, I have received the medical request from SGVO, they have also asked for 4 recent passport photos (taken within last 3 months) and RPRF on October 30, 2014.

Admin please update the spreadsheet.

Second line on my ecas- We started processing your application on October 23, 2014.

Passport photos is really confusing here as according to this link what-is-the-canadian-dimensions-of-passport-size-photo-t94095.0.html;msg1230141#msg1230141 the photo specification is quite different from the photos I have sent with the application. However, Ashif brother clarified me that the photo specification is same as immigration photos. Does any one have different opinion?

Received Medical, PCC and RPRF request today. Dear Seniors, please update the SS.

I have a few queries.

1) I am currently in Germany and the website of Indian Embassy says that they will require 6 weeks for PCC of india. Is this true? I need to submit it within 45 days. How to deal with this?

2) Can the fee payment be online? if yes how?

PCC can be obtained in a days time if in India, or sometimes in around a months time if verification needs to be done.. you will need to check with Indian embassy in Germany. they might also have a fast process. Not sure though.

Fee payment for NDVO can be paid online.

Hi everyone

Today my application was returned to me. I feel horrible. I live in Canada (doing post-doc) and applied under 4011 (app received July 28). The date stamp on my application was Oct. 20. The reason for rejection is "The employment letter from ... university do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed or that you performed a substantial number the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties."
The university employment letter includes all the years that I was an "instructor" and "assistant professor" with number of hours of teaching and the salary I received. However, it does not state that I conducted research (which I did, and I have publications), administered exams (which I though was part of teaching) or other statements in the 4011 work details.
I am going to ask the university to provide another letter with greater detail, and reapply. My question is, can I send the supporting documents that I sent with this package again even though they have a hole on the top left corner.
I appreciate any advice from board members. -S

Fill up the application forms again as many will have been changed / updated.
If the supporting docs are outdated, then fresh docs will be required, else ok to attach same supporting docs with the hole.

All the best to submit the application again. This is a relatively cold NOC and you shouldn't face any problem this time around. Just ensure that the employment ref letter is perfect this time.
