Can you please share that if somebody is free from any job after 3 years of work in designated NOC and wish to apply , is it OK? in fact he is searching for job and has six months gap after releiving from job last....

Please please help....My friend is not sending file due to this reason and I wish him to send at the earliest possible.

Please help to get out of his confusion.

My application received date is 11th Sep 2014. I preferred DD payment (valid for 90days). Is it ok for payment or do i need to send new payment form with CC option. I'm little concern about processing time.
So please guide me...

you have done right. DD is a better mode.
At least you wont have the fear of payment getting declined in a CC transaction.

Is it ok to update the passport now with the latest name and appearance? Will i need to send updated forms to the VO if i change the passport details
How much delay will it cause in my application
Also if i don't update the passport is there any possible problems which i will face with the missing surname and minor change in appearance?

Updating PP with different name may cause ur application more complex....

My suggestion is not to change ur PP name now....Otherwise they may suspect this....

U may take new PP with the older PP name ...Thats ok.....

Hello. I would like to clear the situation. When I sent my application with a courier to CIC, at the envelope itself instead of the phrase`NOC category` I have written down a NOC name itself, `CONSTRUCTION MANAGER` (instead of `NOC category`). Could it be a reason to return my application? or for my application to get lost at the beginning?

That is okay. Your friend only needs 1 year of experience in your field of work.

Ask him to apply as soon as possible.

I have to ask a question for a friend. He has job experience for both graphic design(NOC 5241) and advertising (NOC 1123). NOC 1123 is open now, he will apply from that category. But he wonders if his experience as a graphic designer will also count? Should he obtain a job experience letter for his graphic design experience?

Need some guidance.

Have shown proof of funds as fixed deposit. I am married and have it in a joint FD with my mom.

Some say that this will not be considered at all and some say only 50% will be considered.
As my last name has changed post marriage.

Need your inputs, is it going to create problems for me. Or will NDVO let it go and still consider it 100%?

Hope this would not lead for rejection.

If it is in joint name with mother, it will not be counted. not even 50%. try to transfer the fund to your individual account.

Name change will not be an issue as you must have submitted marriage certificate as well.

I strongly believe ur file will not be hampered.....

All the changes was minor....Yes updated forms become a major issue when they contains major changes....

Although if u want to send updated forms, then u may send.....too get mental satisfaction....
