Hello All,

Following is my query regarding PCC.

I belongs to Panipat and my passport has Panipat address. However we have moved to a different location in Panipat.
From last 10 years I am living in different locations (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon), all because of my jobs.
I got PER and would like to apply for PCC.
I am planning to get PCC from Panipat SP office because recently I changed my job and location too so difficult to get 1 year address proof.

Questions:

1. What are the documents required for PCC. - Passport sized photo, Address Proof, ID Proof, Date of Birth Proof (Xth Class). The passport copy however, should take care of latter two
2. Address on passport and current permanent address is different, would that matter in my PR application or in PCC.No. They would mentioned in the PCC that you are residing in current address since...
3. Does CIC has a format for PCC that's needs to be followed by SP office. No official format. Am sure the SP office must have a defined format

NB - I have replied above based on my PCC knowledge of Bangalore Commmissioner's office. But, I hope there should not be much difference between the two offices. However, a reply from panipat guys would no doubt would be best :D

Your suggestions please.

So, basically in your case your application number helped you to get to the correct person. In my case I have applied through a consultant....he did send me the completed forms to verify the info at the time of applying......is there any way to know the application number or do you think that consultant would probably know it since he sent my application?

So engmsalem pls answer question above.......how did you come to know of your application number? Thanks

Hi All,

Need your help, my friend lived in Canada for more than 6 months. Now she has applied for FSWP.

Do you think she needs to get her finger printing / Canadian PCC done for her stay in Canada?

Hello,

My card has been replaced by Bank (replaced it with Chip card as per RBI regulations). despite me placing specific requests to not replace the card for 6 months. How can we now send a new payment form to CIC? My application reached CIC on Oct 20th.

Am I in trouble?

Your suggestions please.

If you apply with Delhi Police for the PCC, the Process is super quick and online.

Fee Rs 250

Documents needed - ID proof soft copy, and a photograph.

Time taken, 4 - 6 days usually.

Check the Delhi Police website.
