By the grace of lord Venkateshwara I received PER mail today (sent to the consultant yesterday, I received it today in my mailbox).

Thanks to the wonderful help and selfless support given by all of you. I wanted to name the ones who helped but directly or indirectly you all have provided invaluable help and inputs. So heartfelt thanks to you all.

My details:
App date - 3rd July
Payment mode - DD from IndusInd bank
DD remittance - 21 Oct
VO = NDVO
PER mail received - 28 Oct
NOC - 2171

Will pray for all who are waiting for cc/dd charge, PER, MR, PCC, PPR and PR.
Hope all of us complete the PR process successfully.

Visit SP office in panipat they already have format for pcc. You need to submit address proof of local area besides your passport, photographs and a matric certificate... this is what I submitted in punjab so shouldnt be much diffrence

Hi All,

Please correct me if I am wrong.

As per my observation in the spreadsheet, It could be seen that all Indian guys who have received the MR have a high level or many years of job experience. I just possess 1+ year of job experience[Although I have 7.5 ielts and total 73/100 score( I saw someone stating that good ielts and overall score is considered)]. Is that the reason that I haven't heard for MR from NDVO? I mean if anybody has an idea of the general statistics of past years.

My Application (For NOC 2173) got rejected as I didn't submit my wife Birth Certificate and now I am planning to submit my 2nd application for other NOC since 2173 cap might be reached soon.

Looking for the assistance from seniors..

- Is there any issue if I submit my 2nd application in other NOC?
- Is CIC stores the information of my previous (1st) application?

It is fine to apply in a different NOC, however if you change any of your details in your personal or work experience history you might get caught if CIO has your information on their records. It is difficult to advice if you're trying to suddenly produce experience in a different NOC. If you are not doing anything along the lines of manufacturing documents to qualify in another NOC and you did mention about experience in a different NOC in your previous application then you would be fine.

call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
1 for status

1 for PR


8 digit client id number will be asked

Hello all,

I am facing a difficult situation here and hoping someone could guide me correctly. For my FSWP 2014 application, I shall submit my brother's details under ''Relative in Canada'' section. In order to prove our relation, I can submit his old ID card or secondary school certificate or can even get a birth certificate from the local government office. The actual problem is that his date of birth in all those documents would differ from his passport.

I visited the local government office today and told them that I want to get a birth certificate for my brother with the same D.O.B as of the passport. They told me that I'll have to submit a case in court and they'll give a decision...all in all it is a lengthy process.

Is there a possibility to submit a birth certificate with a different D.O.B compared to the passport and attach an affidavit by my father stating that ''Mr. X is my real son and his actual date of birth is ....'' for my visa application?

medical forms - 3 separate forms & email (as we are 3 members)

1. As i have stayed 3 years in canada, they have not asked me for canada PCC, so its cleared ppl having question where they required a PCC from canada, if stayed - Nope not required
2. If change in your family composition - one must need to update VO immediately as this may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application

i dont think they keep any record of rejected applicants which were not initiated. so go ahead and file it asap. this time make sure your docs are complete. best of luck!

1) how to make DD
