Dear Forum Members,

i didnt find any write up regarding my below questions so far, so placing them in front of you. If those were asked earlier, please reply mine too.

Q: Does any visa office/ SGVO do any investigation of workplace through their agents?
Q: If they do so, whom do they contact? The undersigned person of the reference letter?

I have the worst supervisor ever, so these questions came to my mind :(

Senior forum members/ experts please look into.

I HAVE ANSWERED YOU AT 7804.....

Still again for u dear BRO

Ok dear I understand your anxiety but no one know how do they work. Still I can share my exp with u...

Till now I worked with three companies. My second company was closed due to some legal issues with Indian Govt. Now even if any VO wants to know about my second company they will find nothing at that address because everything is shut down.

From unoficial source I came to know that they check if the company is registered with government or not and from here they come to know if the docs are original or fake or any doubt.

fro your second question: I think they contact HR department of the company by Phone, mail or physical visit but it is very rare because in my case nothing happened. I double checked it.
So if yours are true to ur knowledge,,,,,JUST CHILL CHILL JUST CHILL :P :P

regards
Karan

my application was sent to CIC on Jun 25 with the payment of DD, but until now, I haven't received any feedback from CIC and DD has not been charged. I have worked for 4 companies and there were some unemployment months. Would it be some reason why my application had been checked slowly? Thanks a lot!
NO brother patience is the key, even I was 25th june applicant just recieved PER today

Maybe you are right!!!!

We can't speculate anything. :-X

Just wish they speed up the process. And hope fully we can get it by next week or November 2nd week.

Hi Spicy,

I believe you are waiting for MR! I made a small assessment based on the primary factors like HOT NOC, IELTS score, cumulative FSW points, experience, other secondary factors like Canada Relatives, spouse IELTS, etc with respective to specific application date. How people are getting MR!

From SS, you can see how the VO New Delhi issue MR based on Hot NOC + IELTS + Total FSW Points, most of MR's are from HOT NOC's with higher score in IELTS & FSW points. Based on my evalution from SS, the applicants like karan.mech, 3142_aspirant, ram are with IELTS score 6.5 or less with FSW points lower than 70 and for them it took almost 55- 65 days of time to get MR from the date of PER (irrespective of processing started).

Also I am wondered most of the applicant who got MR within 45 - 35 days are using some consultants rather than applying them self.

So I believe we might get our MR probably just before Nov 10th, just correct me if I am wrong.

All the best..

Thank You

Brgds

Nair :)
