1. You can send 2nd application. If job duties match, you can qualify.
2. Same persons is fine, but if 2 different letters are provided for 2132 and 2232 under the same job with different job duties, it may be a concern.
3. 2 applications is not a risk as long as you are not misrepresenting facts and job duties.

Thanks..that is worrying me.. 2 different letter for same job. I dont misreperesent but for 1st letter i emphasized on 2132 . I also worked for the duties mentioned on 2232 but I didnt expicitly described in my 1st application. my worry is should I wait to hear back & then try or send it right away. 2232 is COLD NOC.

+1 for your service..

If there is not much difference in the job duties for the 2 NOCs, then you can try to make the ref letter for 2232 on similar lines as 2132 and add few additional job duties for 2232. But pls ensure no misrepresentation.

Thank you so much your response, I do understand that there are other organisations doing evaluation but it is really difficult to get the documents signed by controller of examinations again as I no longer reside from where I completed my education. It will more time to do the whole process again and also ICAS and other companies take 15 weeks time. However I do get more than 67 points with my Diploma.
Age 12 points
Education 19 with Diploma
Work experience 15 points. 8 years
Adaptability 5 points, sibling in Canada
Language 17 points

Regards

@ znet- my 2 cents on this.....

I had a similar case like yours herein wes did not evaluate my post grad diploma docs and had to chase & question them for the same. My original report had no mention of it and only bachelor's degrees was evaluated. At this stage if you feel that you have 67 or more, simply go ahead and file your application.

On the other hand, pls note that till the time the online status on wes portal states "file under review"; cic officials will be unable to view the report online. Time being the essence here, my recommendation will be to mail your app along with the original Evaluation - for Bachelors only for now. Once the process is completed by wes (of reviewing your file again), they will send you the revised original copies of your evaluation. You can then send this updated version to cic leveraging your UCI # and by mentioning other relevant details. Thanks

hi guys ,

can you please validate this reason of not having birth certificate, appreciate the help folks, please advise if changes are needed.

• My Brothers “Certificate of Birth” was obtained from Indian Embassy in Vancouver, Canada as it’s not possible to obtain his original birth certificate from municipality as my brother was born much earlier than me and in those days births were not normally registered.
