I have similar doubt.

I have applied for 2132 with matching job duties from Ex managers. At present I am not sure weather I will be able to get into CAP & receive PER. So I am thinking to send another application 2232 NOC which has some duties matching to my work experience & i think that I can qualify.

In 1st application , in background declaration form to keep it simple I gave info that my all experience matches to 2132 with required reference letters.


1. Should I try sending 2nd application for 2232 where in I can show (which is not elaborated in 1st application) that i worked with duties matching to 2232 for 1-2 years out of 8.
2. If yes, should reference letter be taken from same persons or get from another colleagues?
3. Is there any risk for doing 2 application like above ?

only listening has less ptz...dont they c overall score????

Unfortunately you won't get 5 points. Listening has to be minimum 4.5.

They do not ask for Income tax return statement or Pan Card.

App received : 30th June 2014.
payment mode : DD
receipt of payment dated : 15 October 2014 ( as per PER-email)
noc : 2171.
date of DD issue: 23-June- 2014

I am new to this forum. I am working with a bank as a Branch Manager and AVP in India. I guess I am eligible under NOC 0. I would like to know if anyone is in similar boat. I have a few questions and I am not too well informed, so please pardon if my questions are silly / have already been answered elsewhere. Here goes:
1. Am I eligible to apply under FSW program? Or my NOC is no more eligible to apply under FSWP / CAP already reached?
2. If answer to above question is yes, how much time I have to apply under FSWP?
3. Should I rather wait for EE?
FYI, I have not taken IELTS yet. Appreciate your responses / pointers / help. Thanks in advance.

I just got MR today from Kingston visa office

No!! PR doesn't expire after 5 years, it gets extended if we stay for minimum 2 years of the 5 years.

So we do not need to send even Pan Card copy in documents...
I thought it needs in salary verification..If I only show salary slips will it work because I recived salary in cash..

App from july 2nd.

One of my reference letters was written by me ....describing duties. I attached of course payslips, contract and other support docs.
The other reference letter was written by manager but no letterhead. And finally the one that had the company logo hadnt any biz card.

1. You can send 2nd application. If job duties match, you can qualify.
2. Same persons is fine, but if 2 different letters are provided for 2132 and 2232 under the same job with different job duties, it may be a concern. So make the ref letters in such a way that job duties do not contradict each other for letters of the 2 NOCs.
3. 2 applications is not a risk as long as you are not misrepresenting facts and job duties.
