hi Guys ,

my brother name is XX Kumar YY , and my name is ZZ DEV TT, so middle name is different as in our family middle name doesn't have to be same.

do you think CIC will have issue with this or they will understand that middle name can be different.

thanks CanOl for the forms response, cant add +1 , seems like there is a restriction of 168 hours :)

can you also help answer the middle name question

CIC will have no issues with this. Most of the countries members might not have common middle name with siblings, though this statement should not be taken as a generic statement.

For example, Australian cricket greats, and brothers, Stephen ("Steve") Rodger Waugh and Mark Edward Waugh have different middle names. :)

Dont even mention it. Thank God Im already living abroad.
Good luck to you all...Im sure you will leave soon too :)

Guys,

Just received PER but I need to go to US to work for a couple of years before going permanently to Canada.
IS that possible? I'm applying for L1 visa now...is there a conflict here?

I know you need to live in CAnada 2 years out of 5 and land within 1 month?

Does anyone have a similar situation and could share you experience?
Thanks as always!

Guys, 2nd line updated to "We started processing your application on 24th Oct", need to check if consultant has got my MR mail yet.

I see a delay these days with people getting mails a week after their 2nd line getting updated.

Let me know if the trend follows?

Lets do the Tango, Charlie !!! Congrats and +1 to you !!

So your young one is proving lucky for you !!

It is fine if you want to stay in US for a couple of years. For Canada, Landing procedure needs to be done within 1 year of MR, not 1 month.
Then you can move to US and return back to Canada after a couple of years.

WES is not the only edu. eval. org that you get your docs evaluated.
As of April 17, 2013, four organizations have been designated by the Minister to provide ECA reports for purposes of immigrating to Canada under the FSWP. Additional organizations may be designated by CIC in the future. The designated organizations are:
•Comparative Education Service;
•International Credential Assessment Service of Canada;
•World Education Services; and,
•Medical Council of Canada.

NOC 2172 is fortunately for you not a hot category, which means you dont have to worry about the cap being filled. Take your time in sorting out your evaluation from other orgs. meanwhile see if WES replies.
Also check if you are surely getting 67 points. You can share your profile here for many of us here to help you evaluate the score.
But I suggest better get the eval done elsewhere (cic authorized orgs) and submit a confident application. :-X

Thank you so much your response, I do understand that there are other organisations doing evaluation but it is really difficult to get the documents signed by controller of examinations again as I no longer reside from where I completed my education.It will more time to do the whole process again and also ICAS and other companies take 15 weeks time. However I do get more than 67 points with my Diploma.
Age 12 points
Education 19 with Diploma
Work experience 15 points. 8 years
Adaptability 5 points, sibling in Canada
Language 17 points

Regards
