My NOC is 2132 - Mechanical Engineers and I have applied under subcategory of 'Project Mechanical engineer'. I have got good score in IELTS and my docs are also clear, have also got exp letter from HR as well as I have also assigned an affidavit. I am a lil bogged down by reading few blogs that states that now it is too late to expect something good. can you please reply on this.

you can still try for 2132. Chances are still there.

Thanks Guru . +1 for your support , @ Century , AShif_eee , Canol .. can any of you comment on this , i respect Guru's advice as well , but since you guys have more exp, just some words from u on this will help alot.

gur is right. The clause for 3 months validity is applicable only at the time of submitting pcc along with initial application. If pcc is submitted later, validity of pcc is 1 year.

Qualification - Masters ( DOne with ECA) - 23 points

total = 67 points

Same here bro. When asking DHL , they said they are putting all packages received on the same day in one bag . So, no individual delivery. But they gave me the name of the person who received the bag. So, call them and ask for the name of the man and the proof of delivery of the bag. Please post back any information you get if different from what i got.

I emailed DHL POD to Loomis Express customer care, within 90 minutes they replied. File received by DAN

CIC already has my application since 27th August, but reading this forum, I realized that nobody has made the same thing as I did with the Proof Of Funds (POF) part....

I hadn't had enough funds to demonstrate, so I was told to insert my IRS declaration.

Actually I had the Proof of funds for 1 person, but I am applying with my wife, so I needed to show more usable money, right?!?!

I really triple checked all the documents and I am confident that this is the only issue... :

I do have more than Enough money to prove now, so If they ask, I can send a new POF right away!

Do you guys think that It might hinder my CC charge and/or my PER ????????

someone please help me.....i am 24th september NOC2132 applicant.... im a bit worried bout my PCC because last year i visited new york and stayed there for 5 months and 27 days .....do i need pcc from usa???

pcc required only if stay has been greater than 6 months.

In My Birth certificate there is spelling error, and its Hand Written, issued almost 30 years back.
What should be done in this situation.

1 more doubt , might sound stupid but still wanna clear my doubt.
i have stayed at Different Indian Cities due to my job .. chennai , bangalore , noida then gurgaon. ( more than 6 months for each ).

i understand that i only need to get PCC from differnt countries , but within india 1 PCC from PSK is fine ?? is that correct.

correct. Only one pcc required for India

PCC is valid for 1 year generally if not stated otherwise. The one which you have got should work for your file.
