I was worried as my file was received on 6th June and no response from CIC even bank showed my DD was not cashed yesterday. Bt hey its diwali today and a PER mail cud be the best possible diwali gift........
Just got my PER mail.................
I know many hurdles r still der bt Feeling so relaxed......... ;D

What does PER means and how do i view or use spreadsheet new to the site

PER is "positive eligibility review", the most important approval required for CANADA PR, issued by CIC.
You can click on the link in my signature to access Spreadsheet. This will show you details of all applicants who have registered here. It gives you a fair idea of which dates are currently being charged, which dates are receiving PER, AOR, MR, RPRF, PPR, etc. it has abbreviations and full forms, it has a sheet to check approximate estimated date of charging, etc. explore it and and you will learn.

Can an applicant apply under two different NOCs if their duties match ?

Yes you can apply under 2 different NOCs if job duties match..Under 2 different applications though. not in the same application.

My company also wont give me any exp letter.
So what is it that you are doing , if one doesn't mind sharing.

If available, share HR letter where they are specifically denying to issue employment ref letter. Also get a ref letter in the same format with job duties, salary, work timings, date of joining, etc from your senior on plain paper. Attach joining / offer letter, salary slips, any achievement certificates, Business card of the senior, etc to help make the case stronger.

Hi fellow applicants

It seems that there are some duties and responsibilities that overlap between two NOC codes, 2281 and 2171.
In my case I chose 2171 because as an IT Analyst with a bachelor degree, I considered it more suitable for me.
I saw that 2281 was more for NETWORK (LAN, WAN, Switched) duties and for technicians. 2171 seemed to fit more with my responsibilities dealing with IT Servers infrastructure in a more senior role with datacenters.

I am worried now if this represents a problem in my already sent application.

I would like to have some feedback from our seniors here.
