Why don't we submit and book a slot online . I did it for myself and it took just 15 minutes to complete all the procedures

If you are married, expected things are as follows

1: your passport
2: wife passport
3. marriage certificate ( may not require if spouce details are there on the passport)

for me it was not there, so they suggested a PCC which includes my name only and I grabbed it

Did you complete the medical examination without the visa office request it? I think its FSW are not eligible to take medical exam until the visa office request it.

I agree based on CIC web site update, that is not applicable for FSWP.

In theory, authorized medical consultant know the requirement so he can do a medical exam and give u the results but the question is would CIC buy that ?

IELTS NEXT OG COPY IS NOT REQUIRED just copy and notarize it and include letter mentioning this is my second application and original ielts report is included in first application. I got per for both but not in spreadsheet update later for some reason

not sure why CIC has lost its momentum. I am July 14th guy and was expecting some sort of update by end of this months but it looks like its going to take a while .

Friends, Do we have anyone charged post July 7th . I see the last update's are on 7th

It looks like they have quite high number of applications in July preferably thru consultants and they are not updated in our excel sheets. CIC could be charging tons of cards but since the number of apps here in excel sheet are less, we are not getting notification on that...................................

Anyone who is silent here and got a cc charge , please let me know.

Any recent charge on 2281, I see very less number in Excel sheet but do we have any recent charge done

+1 for this analysis. It certainly looks that there were a lot of applicants in July.

I just got the PER mail from CIO. Alhamdulilliah.

Application Received: 26-06-2014
NOC: 2132
DD charged: 14-10-2014.
PER received:23-10-2014.

When you look at the application received date , its on 26-06-2014 . Based on the spreadsheet, the first CC payment was initiated on 14-10-2014 .

Now look at the DD Charged date which is 14-10-2014 && same as the first credit card charge . International DD Can take up to14 days minimum.

It clearly means 3 important things

1: CIC deposits DD first in bank
2: Once the DD is cleared then it comes for eligibility review
3: DD's are not going to take longer time , they are going to be ready by the time they initiate credit card charge...


I have been observing several similar update and they all simply same.

Guys One Urgent help. I will be sending my RPRF, PCC and medical acknowledgement tomorrow.

I saw 1 or 2 forum member saying we need to send the copy of passport along with these documents. it it true?

from the letter that i have received (MRR), they have asked me only for
1. Medical
2. PCC (from Sweden, I have submitted from India along with application)
3. RPRF

Do I need to send any other documents apart from this. (of-course, the covering letter will be sent)

Please help!!!

If the notary public certifies my spanish copies as true copies, can notary public write "I certify this is a true copy of the original" in english even though document is in spanish or does it have to be in spanish and included in english translations in english?

Can be written in English. No issues.

Hope you are attaching the English translations of the Spanish copies as well.

Bahaha JustRaf you are spot on with your observation. No relief until the damn PR card is in our passports

You will get VISA on your passport. PR cards are mailed within 3 months after you complete the landing process

I think we can use our UCI issued to us if we every applied for visa to visit Canada. I have one stamped on my passport last time I visited.

Got per mail today 3 hours before Noc 1114. Application recived date 25th june. DD enchashed 14th oct. Per 23rd oct on diwali thank you god and be positve who are still waiting

I got an email from CIO with UCI & Applucation number. It is what you called PER, Right?

Senior, would you kindly list full form of all acronyms used here for the ready reference?


Application received date: June 26
CC charged: October 14
PER : October 23 (on Auspicious day of Diwali)
NOC : 1123
