I have applied on 25th Sep 14 and not yet charged....

How long do you think it will take for FBI to send the final report after the CC charge? I submitted mine on Sep 17th and CC got charged on Oct 8th. Any idea?

Hi, Need help. have 2 queries :

1) Photo Specification : They have asked for date photo was taken. Can it be handwritten? Do I also need to write my name and date of birth?
2)Birth Certificate: I don't have my name on my birth certificate will that do ? or is there any alternate that i can use.

Please guide ...

Hi Sneha,

As like me, some of the applicants will get the second line updated "We started processing your application on this date**** and that waits drag on for so long and some applicants are getting MR email without any second line. My second line was updated on 15th October, so its really unpredictable how they working on what basis.

Theoretically, when second line updated means they have done all verification upfront and satisfied with our submitted documents and now they placed our file in-line for MR "Q".

Maintenance of funds is primarily one of the main requirements in FSWP. On careful side, try to maintain those funds until u land in Canada because you may be asked to show POF upon landing.

Could you please update the SS... more then 2 people have confirmed CC charging for 7th July application but noone has entered details into or updated the Spreadsheet. Please note, everyone cannot check the forum at all times. The Spreadhseet is a fair representation of how CIC is progressing .....

1) You will send 6 photo which is specified by CIS (On back of your 5 photographs you need to mention ur name, DOB and photo taken date by handwritten only...
2) What do you mean you dont have ur name on ur birth certificate ?

I am a PhD-stream applicant.
My app was received by CIO-Sydney-NS on July 3, 2014.
Thanks God, my DD was encashed yesterday.
About the application: I forgot to write my UCI on the main application.

I am very happy and I am looking forward to receive the PER email.
The SS was updated.

URGENT PLZ HELP

I am planning to apply under noc 0311 and my Education is Bachelor of Dental Sciences. I am from India. I paid WES and they asked me to submit the following

1) Photocopies of Original degree certificates attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office

2) Mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations

- OR -

You may have Photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar's Office.


I did as they mentioned by having Photocopies of my Original Degree and Photocopies of Mark sheets Both Attested by Controller of Examination. BUT they haven't done Attestation to my 1 year Internship certificate. Is that fine??? and also Is it ok to send Attested photocopies of Mark sheets OR Is it mandatory to send Only Transcripts of Mark sheets??? Please help. Thank you!!!!

It's better to maintain till landing. No issues, you can renew your FD, have a copy of older one so you can explain VO officer that its renewed.
