U r right , taking indian rupee DD is easier then CAD DD

Why dont you use a credit card to avoid further delay? If you dont have one, pls use your friend's cc.
It will be much faster than DD (DD should get encashed and it takes atleast 4 weeks as per forum)

What pattern does NDVO follow?????

Hi Sneha,

They got all crazy processing style Only god knows how they work on with files. Even the processing steps are not in the right way they follow. You can see most of other VO's request for MR first, if MR clears then RPRF, if RPRF paid successfully, then PPR and visa issued thereby.

This year all NDVO applicants are safe, normally they will request for PP at the time of medicals and the passport will be at their custody almost 2-3 months

Anyways, only I can say is wait for your turn and fortune. All the best.

APP date: 28/07/2014

I have a clarification on maintaining the proof of funds.

Till which point in the visa process, we have to maintain our proof of funds?
Currently in my application I have showed the FD in my name which expires on 21/01/2015. If I want to extend this FD, then the FD number will change.
Will this be an issue to my app, if so suggest me some solution.
