I need a clarification from experienced forum members.
Finally today my ECAS status received a second line saying "medical results have been received" . This is the first change since the beginning. The "we received ...." line hasn't changed to "we started processing..." yet.
I fulfilled VO 's all requests (MR & RPRF). One thing I did possibly different is that I paid RPRF via bank transfer (swift) and sent the proof of payment through case-specific-enquiry (I didn't send the receipt through regular mail).
The e-mail my bank had sent me included all the necessary information. For this reason I asked VO whether the document I sent was enough, or I should send any other proof as well. They replied they would contact me if necessary. I thought they were OK at that time.
Are there any cases with ECAS status displaying second line (medical) while the first line staying same ?
How would I know VO is really OK with the payment proof?
I'd be glad if you share your valuable thoughts.
