In precaution i said that, b'cos i saw rejection for Language test results expired 17 days after the application has been received.

Good point. The rejection need to be removed. CIO conceded administrative oversight to a query from Rohan and request Rohan to return the package to CIO. So, it is not an issue.

It must be "RECEIVED" at CIO before 36th b'day instead of "processed"

Then i will change as Received instead of processed

It seems that you need to correct May 23 to June 23. Moreover bloodguns, to my worry, is not active in the forum...

I can see 2 June 23rd applicants' entries that got PER yesterday, both of them are not active on this forum or maybe active under different names. Anyways, I checked my ECAS and it shows in process, really awaiting that PER email! Hopefully CIO will send it early next week.

1. If your husband has at least 1 continuous year of service in the NOC 4011 category, then you don't need to worry what he is doing now.

2. A Master's degree is required for NOC 4011. Google "4011 University professors and lecturers - Unit Group" and you will find this on the government of Canada website.

Employment requirements

A doctoral degree in the field of specialization is required for university professors.

A master's degree in the field of specialization is required for university lecturers.

Licences or professional certification may be required for professors teaching future practitioners in certain professionally regulated fields, such as medicine, engineering, architecture, psychology or law.

NO IT ISN'T. "Employment requirements" are not relevant for FSW. This is explicitly noted in the Ministerial Instructions. Only the job duties matter. Applying under 4011 with a bachelor's is perfectly fine.

I feel confused so many people tell me its not necesary because what is explained at the link are only the employment requirements to work in canada as a professor not for applying. Very confused. Seniors please shed light on this.

I've answered a couple times already. Unfortunately a number of people who don't know what they're talking about have given you misleading incorrect information.

Unless you are in a regulated profession such as doctor, the ONLY part of the NOC description that is relevant for FSW is the job duties (including lead statement). If you match the job duties, you are fine regardless of the type of degree you have.

Which Visa Office?

I am applying for FSW
Please solve some queries :

1) do we have to send all passports ? Old and current both - will it be a problem if i send both

2) Do we have to send all marksheets including secondary high school ? ( I mean 10th grade and 12th grade as I am from India) - my WES report states only bachelors and masters

3) Can we use paperclip for binding those documents and forms as they are many ? I can say around 70 pages. - how do we separate each form and how do we keep it in the envelope. ? Is there a specified size for the envelope ?

4) I am sending color photocopies which is notary attested. - will it be an issue. ?

I agree!! Even for regulated profession it does not matters for FSW as far as job duties are matching.
certification for regulated profession is highly recommended if you are applying through arranged employment offer though ( as LMIA needs proof of certification with regulatory bodies)

2. Only bachelor and master certificates and transcript

3. Use paperclips. All size is acceptable as long as you can put them comfortably.

4. Color copy is not an issue.
