if I apply under 2172 ( with only 1 year experience in 2172 and 5 years in 2281 ) still i will get 15 points for 6 years ? but 1 year is related to NOC 2271 which i want to apply ?

ECAS updated as "in process": Sept 26
PER received via snail mail: Oct 17
PER date: Sept 26

You can take it on plain paper but try to get some more supporting documents like Business Card of the owner, any other document proves his ownership and business closer etc, Your husband's salary slips and whatever possibly available for that employment.

Getting that letter notarized would be a good idea/ if the employer can give it on affidavit would be great.

I am so sad my application refused on base of points I get total 62 points. after waiting for so many years and done with all requirements such as medical, i was asked to RPRF by visa office interview also waive why this happed to case. can they just add 5 more points. I score only 4 points in language is that any way I submit another IELTS with request. what should I do is any chances for reassessment of my case. please advice me with best of your knowledge. thanks to all.

I don't understand, if you didn't met requirements and score 67 points, then how did you get PER and why did they even ask for RPRF? You need to explain whole truth here first. Why did you apply if your score was below 67 in first place?

Yes Kasa's case is really odd. He gets PER without requisite score of 67 and after RPRF, he gets a rejection letter stating score is not sufficient ?

Does PPF account with lock in period of 5 years contribute in "proof of funds"

Moreover for saving account, the online account statement will work or I have to get the account statement from bank

In PPF, only the withdrawable amount will count, not entire PPF amount.
Account statement /passbook entries from bank will be required.

Not completely true. It should be read as "AROUND THE SAME TIME" rather than "AT THE SAME TIME"
Also ECAS showing "in process" results in PER most of the times, but sometimes can be NER as well.
